Made an online order while driving through. Went in to pickup and they informed us they were out of an item we wanted. They could substitute it, but would not give us a refund for choosing a lesser price item (paid in full online).

The place was busy, and with it being a tiny establishment quickly filled with people.

Overall the sandwiches were good, but I recommend making an order in-house to avoid overpaying.

I've been here for 15-20 minutes for a door dash pickup. After they cleaned everyone out with their orders, they claimed they just got the order and would be ready in a few minutes. Also, I watched a lady come in and complain about not getting lettuce in her bowl. The lady at the register claimed she saw him put it in. Then, the customer turned to her husband and asked for his confirmation of no lettuce. A little heated argument, and then she said, "I did not just go around and pick the lettuce out." 😂 She left with a refund. She had some other issues with her meal, but I was not paying attention to that. I am not sure how it is during the day, but the night shift here did not impress. Why argue when you're not getting docked for the refund.

When ordering through doordash, they always seem to somehow get my order incorrect, missing items etc. Service is always very slow, so don't recommend if your in a hurry

Girl making the sandwiches for drive thru was very rude. Had 5 sandwiches to be made. They said they can only make 3-4 sandwiches for drive thru
 then what’s the point of the drive thru.

There were 5 people behind the counter. No one in line except for my husband and I and 10 min later standing at the counter we were recognized. The tall bigger man with a bandana on his head and long beard (uncovered) was so very rude to us as we are ordering our food I asked to be generous on the veggies and he took everything off the sub, threw it back in the containers (grabbing leftovers from the cutting board too) very unsanitary. He seemed incoherent and inconsiderate and very aggressive. He was hollering at us and giving attitude like we did something wrong by asking for more of the veggies as he was going. I was on the verge of crying because of how uncomfortable I felt and his demeanor toward us. This is by far the worst store and experience we have endured.

i got an online order and i went right away after i ordered and they were shortstaffed only like 3 people working and they work very very very hard and my sandwich was amazing and they had a big line and they were stressed but still work very hard

I went there to get sandwiches and the only two nice people is the dude who was helping me at front and the lady the person who was VERY rude and disrespectful was the man with the beard. I was trying to get the BOGO for two deal but they said if I wanted that I would have to order online and I told the dude up front that I didn’t know how to customize the sandwiches on the app so the dude up front was trying to help me so I could pay through the app and get the deal, but then the dude with beard came over and was very disrespectful saying “We made your sandwiches so there is no reason to customize through the app because we already made them” but they won’t give you the deal in the store which I find dumb. They should give you the deal if you have the app and know the BOGO deal code because you’re still paying and getting food from them. If you are gonna go to a subway I would NOT recommend going to the main street Subway. I would highly recommend going to the one in Walmart they are very helpful and always happy to give deals even if you’re not ordering through the app.

Kid-friendliness: They are not kind especially to younger kids!
