Last time I visited we were told that there was no more personal pizza and the managers were informed that they needed to issue a refund for a subway app order and they never did anything and never called. The worker here is kind and helpful but the managers are thieves and don’t refund for things they are out of so if you want your money stolen go to either subway in Albert Lea cause they are owned and managed by the same people

I walked into this Subway and the employees were at the far end of the counter just chit chatting, it took a full two minutes before I was even greeted and nobody else was even in there. The lady finally came over and asked what I wanted and proceeded to make the sandwich. She then looked at the manager and said she needed to cough so she stopped what she was doing, walked to the opening of the back room and hacked up her lungs with her hands hanging down by her side. I heard the manager tell her to "wash" and she said, I didn't use my hands while coughing so she didn't need to and returned to making my sandwich. While putting the toppings on, she turned to the manager and said she needed water, he said go ahead, so she stopped making my sandwich again and went for water. In the meantime, the manager just kept standing there doing nothing instead of helping finish my sandwich while she was struggling. At this point there is now an employee that is clearly off duty standing in the doorway between the register and backroom scratching his back with the edge of the wall and aggressively scratching the hair on his head after removing his hat! The lady making my sandwich finally finished the job and then had to ask me what type of sandwich I had that she just made! This was all around the most disgusting, unprofessional and lazy performance I have ever experienced at a Subway while being the only customer in the store. I will not return to this Subway and understand why I was the only one there. Lesson learned.

I seriously can't believe I was charged $11 for a salad that had 4 pieces of turkey breast, some lettuce, spinach, 4 slices of SMALL tomato and about 5 or 6 slices of cucumber. It wasn't even chopped like they used to. Subway, you guys are slippin!! Very disappointed ☹️

This is the worst subway I've ever been had. Hardly any meat on my double steak sandwich no sauces missing the bacon and hardly any veggies. I am so disappointed in this place! I think the employees need to be retrained and the bread was under proofed also

Food was subpar nothing special. Haven’t been here in a while but still full of drama and gross stinky workers as usual, not surprised. Heard from both the Walmart employees and customers that they seem to like keeping the nasty workers and getting rid of good ones so probably shouldn’t come to this subway anymore??

I had a horrible experience with one of the workers at this location. He was the manager or at least the shift manager. I was wearing a pride t-shirt, and after his co-worker complimented my shirt, the manager launched into a tirade that was incredibly offensive. I was too stunned and scared in the moment to do anything but freeze and clam up, but in hindsight, I wish I had walked away and left all 5 of my sandwiches behind.
