Went to your restaurant tonight for my usual after work meal and was given my food minus the potato ones which I went around to the drive thru order box to let someone know and then went to the pickup window to get my potato one and heard in the background someone calling me a liar even though I had my receipt. Not sure your employees know what customer service is really upset by the yelling person not sure i will be visiting there for awhile and you will not get a referral from me.

What a dump. They got my order wrong twice. Flaming incompetent staff. Don't bother going. Used to be very nice,excellent place. Update tried their delivery app. Finally got a order right, food was cold when it came.

Witnessed a young worker in a loud, explicit argument with a customer in the parking lot.
Order was incorrect due to the same rude worker failing to check through our order, seemingly because she just couldn’t be bothered to care. She was extremely short and rude with us from the beginning.
After going to the drive-thru window again to correct our order, a different worker (the supervisor: Felicia B.) tried to claim that we were in fact given what we ordered, which is a complete lie. After lazily attempting to gaslight us, she accepted in failing at covering for her rude co-worker, and corrected our order without charge.
After pulling around and parking to wait in the front, the rude co-worker locked eyes with us from inside and shook her head “no,” seemingly failing to accept her incompetent mistake.
Although she was the one to fail on our order the first time, the supervisor brought our order out to the car. We said, “Thank you so much,” expecting for the issue to finally be resolved, but the supervisor instead said, “I won’t be doing this again.” Which was appalling, given the fact that they were the ones to completely fail in giving us our correct order initially.
After making it clear we just wanted our correct food, she continued arguing with us for no apparent reason, claiming that she and her coworker did no wrong. After rambling on incoherently as she made her way back to the store, she asked, “What are you going to do about it?” Which was confusing, given we now had the proper order (which is the only goal people tend to have when purchasing food from restaurants).
To make a long story short, the workers are curt, incompetent, lazy, and unnecessarily rude. I would recommend if you want your dinner to be a complete surprise.
Staffed by late teens / early 20s kids who could care less about speed or accuracy. Taking 20 minutes to make 4 tacos and 2 churros with 6 people on staff. Come on.

Staff was fantastic, but the prices were a little steep for what you get, they made the food wrong (made with beef instead of the ordered grilled chicken), and it tasted just alright overall. Inside was closed at 7pm, drive thru only.
