LOVE this place. Just been once on road trip from KC to Minneapolis. Flatbread lunch was excellent and coffee great quality :) but biggest shout out to the chef/manager who took time to listen to us and creatively respond to our vegan wants. Thank you sir. Worth more than 5 stars! Love the industrial/arty ambience too. Wish we lived closer, would be back often I'm sure
Looking for a local coffee house with amazing brews and food options? This is it. My favorite is the almond milk latte with honey and lavender. The ONLY coffee house in this area that can make it to perfection!

We've visited twice in recent months while on road trips. The Interchange sandwich is outstanding. Excellent house coffee as well. Service was excellent. Atmosphere is great. Just a short drive from I-35, I highly recommend for anyone traveling through the Albert Lea area.
