Traveling, signs about low staff and that’s understandable. Ordered on kiosk. We wanted to pay with cash which was an option. Waited for food for 15 minutes while some kid at the front just slugged around. Then the manager said we needed tell him we were paying with cash before the order started. Not her fault at all think the kid didn’t care. LOL so confusing!!! Manager seemed to be the only competent one 🤷🏻♀️

Always great food and wonderful service here. Even got a bowl of chili to take with me on the road. Being an OTR truck driver makes it a little difficult to get quality food. I bring a lot from home but have a cheat day ever week so this week it was a Wendy's double and a bowl of chili to go

Will not be back here unless I am very hungry. I asked the lady that bagging the food to make sure I had mild chicken nuggets. She informed in a smart ass manner that she knew how to read and knew how to do her job. I guess she has never messed up order which i find that hard to believe. I guess doesn't have food allergies. And the manager was standing right there and said nothing and smiled like she thought it was funny. Travis Maddox

Decent for a Wendy's, they move faster than most. Drive thru is a little awkward with the way it's laid out. Part of Love's travel stop.
I visited here for the first time on a certain day in November 2025. We ordered a cup of Chili , a 6 PC. Chicken Nuggets, a Kids’ Cheeseburger and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo.

It still has the longest wait time in their drive through of any fast food restaurant that I have been to. My burger was actually cool. I was very disappointed I feel after waiting a 10 minute wait and drive through that my food should be nothing but absolutely fresh which in this case it absolutely was not.

This wendys location does a very nice job all around, never have I had a bad experience visiting this location. The food is always made correctly, looks presentable and is hot. Customer service meets expectations and my favorite part about this location is they are FAST!

I grew up in Villard. Knapp Park was always there. I am glad to see that they have finally added some short term camp sites. Will definitely be back.
