What i ordered vs what I got. Ordered a halloween sundae, got a small cup half full of vanilla ice cream with some oreo crumbles. It said it had purple syrup, and the chocolate popping candy... didnt get any. Pathetic.

Absolutely horrible experience here! Waited in the drive through for over 25 minutes then finally get up there and the employee was so rude. He said yeah sorry for the wait and then they couldn’t even find my food. I only ordered three items. Then one of the other employees tossed a sauce packet to the other then he proceeded to drop it on the floor and I guess I assumed the second employee had another and put it in the bag but nope they just sent me on my way without instead of taking the extra 30 seconds to get me a new one. Also the employee at the window head headphones in while also wearing a headset. Terrible. Don’t go unless you want to wait forever!

Was the only car in the drive thru, dining room closed at 9.30p, and sat for over 10 mins waiting to be served. Pulled up and was told to hold on, and had to wait 10 mins for anyone to come back. Then had to wait another 4 mins for the order.

I ordered the new BBQ Brisket Whopper, medium with a coke. I was told $12.84 at the drive through. When I got to the window, I was charged $13.84. I was not given a receipt. Someone may be stealing from the customers. If they did this to everyone going through, they probably make $100 a day or more. I won't be going back anytime soon.
I hate to leave a bad review, but on two separate occasions I came to the outlet mall and then went to this BK. Both times after I pay I’m asked to pull around and they’d bring the food. No problem, I get that. But both times it was more than a 15 minute wait and both times the food was lukewarm and one order missing an item completely. I won’t come back to this specific location.

Writing this as I wait in the drive thru... it's aleeady been 11 minutes @ 17:36. For 2 Whoppers. ... as I exit - it is 17:45 ... and I was asked to pull ahead as it'll be a minute. No apologies for the wait at all. There were 4 cars total ahead of me. If you're in the area, do yourself a solid and go elsewhere. Plenty of other fast food places will take your money.
