Worst Burger King ever the employee next to me in the stall was taking a poop and didn’t even bother to wash their hands!!! That’s such a nerve having to go there. Then my son. Who ordered a cheeseburger and with pickles ketchup and mustard. The worker asked “would you like cheese with your burger?” Then had to wait 15 minutes for our food my son got coo food with non of the toppings he asked for!!! Worst Burger King in the world

Not really sure what is up with this location. I eat here prob once a week. SLOWEST Burger King I have ever been to, every time I come. It doesn't matter if it's the drive through, or dine-in, If you plan on coming here, plan on an hour plus to order, receive food and eat.

I moved to otsego from Blaine… this is hands down the worst Burger King I’ve been too. Service is extremely slow even when there is no cars ahead of you and food is disgusting. Don’t recommend coming

I am extremely disappointed in this place, my mother had gone to order food and she overheard one of the employees say and I quote "it's always the ugly people who have the nicest cars" (she was in a Tesla) I'm just baffled that this employee had the audacity to say such a thing. Especially when my mother could clearly hear it. I cannot recommend this place if this type of "joking" is tolerated.

Sat in the drivethrough line for over 15 minutes before ever getting to the food/pay window (only 2 cars ahead of us and both recieved a small bags worth of food when they finally made it to the window) and another 5-10 minutes waiting at the window for our food (we only ordered a whopper, an 8 peice chicken nuggets, and a large fry). Assumed they were understaffed and possibly making fresh the fries and chicken we ordered yet when we finally got our food the fries were completely cold and the chicken was not hot. Really dissapointed.

There were a few people working the drive through and they seemed very confused but I did get my order correct so thank you.
Apparently none of your employees have voices, bummer. No greeting, no thank you, nothing, even when I said hello to them first!I understand this is a fast food place so I don't have very high expectations, but I think these kids working here can at least acknowledge the customer.

The food was absolutely unacceptable.The hash browns were OLD, cold and so hard you couldn't eat them. The supposed double croisssants were small and the actual croissant tasted stale.Wasted $9 in the garbage.
