No free refills for in person visits on cold brew. Starbucks gives free refills on cold brews and its cheaper than your product. I'm dissatisfied with this and have since made the majority of my trips to Starbucks vs Caribou. You need to change the policy on this and keep up with what your competitors offer.

Everything was perfect. I got my coffee very fast and it was very delicious! Also, the worker Raeven, they were really cool. Fast with my order and even helped me when i spilt my drink! Next time I will tip them all of my money because they were so fantastic! Also the matcha latte with bubbles was good too.
