I ordered the pizza of month which happened to be their pickle pizza. You can only order one size, a medium, it was $20 after tax and definitely not worth it. There was one pickle per slice of pizza, two if we're lucky, it was not cooked all the way. Was very disappointed.

The employee’s can’t even get the correct pizza in a labeled box. Not the first time I’ve received the wrong order. Will be ordering elsewhere going forward.

Ordered a medium pepperoni and green olive pizza. The box was labeled correctly. But I received a chicken and tomatoes pizza. Manager was not willing to correct their mistake so I will no longer order Chanticlear.

We tried the Albertville Chanticlear Pizza shop for the first time. Great pizza and good customer service. Pizza delivery was right on time. Delivery Driver was friendly also. Will be back for sure.

I have called 4 times to no answer. I understand when things get busy but this wasn’t a back to back call. It was within 20 minutes. Tried to order online and says that they aren’t taking online orders, but hands out online order coupons. I’ll just move on to the next pizza place that knows how to answer a phone

The customer service here is horrible! We were quote one price and when we picked our order up, we were told a different price! They would not honor the price thet quoted! TRAVIS the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful! We will NEVER order pizza from here again! When I called to question the why we didn't get part of our order, he hung up on me. You lost a loyal customer due to your manager.
This is by far the worst pizza I’ve ever seen. Cheese all over the place in the box, side dressing sitting on top of the pizza. Biggest waste of money.
