My wife ordered pizza for us and our kids. We ordered three medium pizzas and some chanti sticks. We spent just shy of a $100. We had two pizzas that were incorrect. We ordered a cheeseburger pizza with hand tossed crust and the Buffalo deluxe pizza as is. The cheeseburger pizza was delivered with thin crust. The Buffalo deluxe pizza had none of the items as listed and it had red sauce, not the garlic sauce listed. My wife called the store to let them know. They were not going to help bring us the correct pizza due to their volume they had at the time. They said we would have just one pizza on them on “our account” whatever that means. We didn’t have a vehicle because it was being worked on and I was at work at the time. It’s disheartening that in the way the world is right now, that we spend a lot of money on a meal and it’s not correct, and the restaurant did not seem like they cared.

This was the third worst Pizza I have ever eaten in my life the crust was like shoe leather and the rest of the toppings were all burnt to a crisp.
My favorite pizza in Minnesota. The flavor and fresh ingredients are like no other.

Called in for a pickup and was told it would be 20 to 25 minutes sweet I say! 55 minutes later it was ready and pizza was "warm" old and cheese bread was the classic 50/50 shot of being any good?

You should atleast be answering the phone. I think after reading all these bad reviews Corp needs to be notified. Covid is over. No need to accept just anyone as an employee anymore. Step up or close. Generally this is management's issue. Perhaps a new manager needs to be found?

I usually love Chanticleer but a couple of nights ago the pizza was terrible and delivery took over an hour and a half. I hope they can get it together again soon.

I live 5 miles away and pizza arrived cold, and crust was doughy. Ordered chanti sticks also cold and gross. Wish I could send pictures. I will never order again from this place.
