Comfortable atmosphere. Food was decent. Friend complained about the Granny's Pot Roast and I tried it and would agree its not the Pot Roast dinner most are use to. Girlfriend had Steak and it was amazing. Was also girlfriends birthday and when we asked if there was anything they did we were told only if you have the D. Michael B's card. Wouldnt even sign happy birthday.
Been here a few times and the food has always been good, but I never found the "niche" meal you get sometimes when you go somewhere. Until I tried their Chicken Parmesan. Delicious, highly recommend. Their chicken pot pies are also up there for me just not a summer time meal for me.
My wife ordered a special sandwich which should have been plated with special bread/bun.( ciabatta ? )
They literally took a kids hamburger bun, and flipped it over, to hide the fact. If I remember, it might have been ciabatta bread that the sandwich was supposed to be served with. It was a $40 dollar disappointment. We have not returned.
That said, we always truly enjoy the weekend brunch menu. Have yet to be disappointed and the service is always great,...
