Five Guys

Our order was wrong and when I talked to the manager Rachel, she said come in next time and you will get the correct burgers… A few days later, we decided to try guys again and they comped our burgers plus fries. We didn’t even order drinks the last order, but they gave us free drinks as well… Went way over what I was expecting to get back for the issue… Amazing food as always

Food here is always amazing, it is a lot though so bring an appetite. I HIGHLY recommend the Bacon Burger with a small fry (order that size and you will know why i say small). It is a but loud in there but that is to be expected in an open grill kitchen where you can watch your burger be assembled and cooked. The staff is always super friendly and is as speedy as possible. Again, highly recommend

This is such a great Five Guys! Staff is so pleasant and friendly and food was so fresh and fast. Ronju H was our server and he was so friendly, and efficient while taking our order and giving out food. Above and beyond this place! 🤌👏🏻👍🏼👊🏽

Bro took my order( I questioned wether or not he was paying attention)
Took 15 minutes for two “little cheese burgers”. I asked for regular. They Did not add the bacon I paid for. Cook Waited until other customers walked in and places an order to drop the patties onto the grill(what he cant multi task different burger temperatures?) Fries were not dropped until after the burgers were done. Bro looked over at the milk shake machine and said the machine is down? Just looked clean. I believe bro didn’t want to do his bare minimum job.

Fantastic as always. Extremely generous portions. I love five guys but you have to be careful how much you eat, you'll regret it in an hour because you'll be so full.

I got an unwich and received 2 little pieces of lettuce.
Not just this location, but all 5guys have become very stingy with their French fries now. None of the tables were clean.

Walked all the way here for a late night burger 25 minutes before they close, and they had already closed up. Says 10 pm on the door smh

Five Guys is located at the famous Albertville Outlet mall. The food at Five Guys is a step above your average fast food joint. I appreciate the service and selection at Five guys. My favorite is there always hot and fresh fries. I think I'm gonna get a burger from then on my way to work today on my way to work. Thanks Five Guys for all you do to put smiles on customers faces.
