Impact Nutrition of STMA

This is such a special place!! I started coming and getting smoothies from Impact Nutrition last year after a friend told me about it and now I’m totally hooked and stop in weekly! They have the sweetest and friendliest staff and the smoothies are so delicious, and nutritious. I’ve tried many flavors now and my daughter joins me often and they always split it up into a smaller cup for her :-) she’s a huge fan too (she’s 3). I recommend Impact to everyone.

Cant wait to come back and try the protein coffee. It looks delicious! This place is the hidden gem of Saint Michael. Definitely check it out! The smoothies taste amazing and keep me full — a powerhouse in a cup!

Holy T-Bombs!! I have never tasted something so yummy that gave me an all day boost with no crash! Now that is impactful! I love this place!
