2nd visit to JM. This restaurant is a horribly orchestrated disaster. Mobile ordered 1 bowl. Over 20 minutes on the first visit and 23 minutes today. Tried pickup window today instead of walking in. 4 cars in line and they allow 1 car to sit at the front window for over 10 minutes, instead of politely asking them to pull around and simply jump back in line so the others waiting can maybe pick up their readied meal. Because of this I leave the line and enter the store to pickup. I watched the minimum 7 employees scatter about with no purpose, except for the grill cook and the lady cutting meat and cheese. Everyone else leaderless. Identical to my first visit. Today’s bowl was served with the provolone cheese on the bottom bowl with hot meat on top. This allowed the cheese to firmly adhere to the bottom of the cardboard bowl. Would have been workable to scrape it off with a fork had they put any silverware in my bag. Dear Owner, I am trying to give this local Restaurant my business, but I won’t be back. I recommend shutting it down if it cannot be run correctly.

Took 30 minutes to complete an online order that they forgot about. Didn't even say sorry for making us wait. We were there for a while and no one even acknowledged the fact that we were waiting for an order. Very frustrated. They also got the order wrong.

My son treated me for lunch. Our subs were tasty. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommend to eat there.
This branch in Albertville is fantastic, the workers are so kind, they're quick to make the sub, and treat you very respectfully. I can't recommend this place enough, the place is wonderful, and the food is soooooooo good. You won't regret coming here.

I always go to Jersey Mike's if it's around. Super good food here. The staff is always on their A game and gets the stuff out super good. Restaurant always seems well taken care of. It is usually a busy spot near the lunch hour, but it's never taken me more than 10 minutes to get my stuff.

Don’t waste your time with online ordering. Did an online order 12/14. I arrived about 10 min after my order said it would be ready only to stand around for another 30 min watching the inside like go through multiple times. After waiting 30 min I inquired about my order and they found my sandwich off to the side and got a “sorry for the wait”. If I do decide to come back here it will be much more time efficient to just order in person.

Restaurant is always dirty. Workers don’t keep the food prep area clean and sanitary. Staff has been seen touching their face with gloves on and not changing gloves or washing hands before going back to prepare food. Overall, this location isn’t clean. The tables are always dirty. The food prep area is always dirty. I got very ill with salmonella the last time I ate here. I do not recommend this restaurant.
