The Albertville location is conveniently located, the place is clean and when you order through the app your pizza is usually waiting for you when you arrive. The ingredients are always fresh. Crust is yummy.
Ordered original crust, this is pretty darn thin. Also had to stand there for five minutes and watch them fill a cup with sauce for a kids pizza. With five people waiting, there was no sense of urgency. Neither I nor the other two customers who came in were greeted.
I love Papa Murphy’s pizza but this particular evening for some reason the staff decided it was more important to talk and chit chat instead of busting out the 12 orders that are waiting in line. Grabbing online orders and reading them while in the middle of making a pizza. Then have to change out gloves when the pizza should be finished before grabbing the online order and placing it in its spot. I should not have to wait 25 mins for you to make my pizza when there are 4 people...
