Ever since this place has gone under new management ive had issues almost every order. My food used to be ready early, every single order. Now, its almost ALWAYS late. Currently 10 minutes late in my order at the time of writing this.

This location has gone downhill. Unless you go into order, your order will be wrong and disgusting. The workers rarely seem like they care about their job/art. I have a long list of food allergies, but luckily subway is a safe spot... or so I thought. The carelessness is a turn off and that location is a waste of my time and little money I do have for food.

I tend to use apps and order ahead for places, but now, I have to quit. My past three orders have been horrendously messed up. I haven't been able to enjoy my sandwiches. Most common mix up is me asking for extra pickles... do I get any? Nope, but they'll drown them in jalapenos even though you didn't asl for them. Most of my sandwiches are missing ingredients or have had non safe foods in it. When I do go back or contact support, no one seems to care.

Very disappointed in my two latest stops here. My wife tried to order using the online app so I could pick it up on my way from work. For the second time in a row, the app was not working so she called in the order. I show up 25min later to pick it up and the lady says they are 3 orders behind and they will be working on it soon. That’s fine, I’ll wait. 30mins later, they finally were ready. During this 30 minute wait..they were not busy in the shop at all. Finally get the food and it comes to 27$…we had used our BOGO coupon when calling, but when I asked the young man about it…he had no idea what to do and was confused about what I was saying. Just paid the amount, at that point I wanted out and to get home. After getting home, the sandwiches were the worst I’ve had from them…crusty bread and not what my wife had ordered for what was to be on the sandwiches. Used this location in the past, normally good, but not the past two times. From now on I’ll drive a bit farther and use the St. Michael location from now on.

I love this subway! But I wanted to specifically come write a review for the manager Stephanie. I had set up a small catering order to pick up and needed it cancelled. My husband was not impressed with having subway sandwiches for Christmas (we are having 2 Christmases so was just trying to make one easier). I called yesterday and spoke to some nice guy who told me to call back and speak to the manager. I called her and she was very kind… told me she would call the company who sets up the catering order for subway and get it cancelled for me. She called me to let me know that and that service also emailed me to let me know. Thanks for taking the time and steps to complete that for me!! I very much appreciated it.

Sandwich was on bread that was falling apart. Covered in so much mayo and oil I can't eat it. Thanks for the wasted lunch time. No one should have a sandwich covered in oil leaking out the wrapper

Truly a horrible experience it took 20 minutes to even get in line for them to make my sub they had 3 workers working one left in the middle of making my sub and came back 10 minutes later through the front door and the other worker is a girl who looked like she was on drugs she couldn’t stop moving and was grinding her teeth and couldn’t stop shaking her head will never come to this location again

Tried ordering through the website. Loading the next screen takes forever or won't load at all. I placed an order using Chipotle's app in the amount of time that it took for the classic sandwich page to load on Subway's website. Embarrassing!

My bread was obviously mutilated while getting built as a sub and the employee just kept on building the sandwich. It should have been replaced but the guy was sweet and we didn't want to make him feel bad.
