Of the 10+ times I’ve been there they’ve only managed to fulfill my order correctly once or twice. I’ve gotten scammed out of a bit of money already simply by them not including everything I paid for in my bag. I’ll still go back tho, I mean it’s Taco Bell, cmon.
There is a middle aged woman working most times I’m there who is so joyful and nice every day, she’s super great and my order is always correct with her!

Hit or miss some times the drive-through is very fast, and sometimes you have 5 cars behind you, and the people said give me a moment and never replys this happen to me on more then one occasion

I wanna say the this taco bell it’s so bad service first we were doing DoorDash and we be waiting and we saw a girl cleaning and we thought she was trying to give as at least the food but she even look at us she was just ignoring us and she even said that she cannot give us the order or something else it’s not the hard to talk .

Each part of the soft shell supreme tacos were sectioned in the shell. The meat was on one side, the sour cream was on the other side (mostly on the wrapper) and the lettuce and cheese was in the middle. Was the same for all 6 tacos. They were messy and not fun to eat.

Mexican Pizza was on the bottom of the bag. You charge so much for the food, I mean like it's a 5 star restaurant the least you could do is train your employees to never put the pizza at the bottom of the bag only to smash the box with the other food items placing them on the pizza box. The toppings were all over under the box cover. Than the audacity to ask us to round up for students. Maybe your employees deliberately packed the bag this way since I declined to round up. Stop asking your customers to round up your already over charging.

Order taker was very polite and energetic. 3 stars for service as they severely understaffed and it took a bit to get our food. The other staff member did thank us for our patience when he gve me the order and therefore gave a 4 star for atmosphere. Order was correct and piping hot.
Drive through services one car at a time meaning they don't take a 2nd order until the first is handed out the window. That's not how drive through work

Shittiest taco bell of all time. Came for the Carmel apple empanada and got NOTHING. Last week i came in before lunchtime and they had it on the menu but had it locked as it was breakfast. I come today tuesday december 17t and it is gone… This should still be here i hate this tacobell
