Today was our first visit here. He got the pulled pork burger and I got the quesodilla burger. Both were absolutely delicious! Our waitress was also helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back. We're hooked!

This restaurant is very deceptive. The outside appears to be a nice, family restaurant but the inside is more of a chaotic sports bar vibe. The restaurant itself was not very clean and it didn't seem that any of the servers knew what was going on or where they were supposed to be. Some of the staff were downright rude, for example my son and I almost got run over by a waitress running in front of us as we were being escorted to our table.Luckily though, our server was a very nice man. Was he great at serving? No, absolutely not. But his overall attitude and spirit was lovely. He either didn't have much experience serving or simply was not good at it, but I was okay with that. I won't judge him for his service because of how jubilant and outgoing he was, which made up for the service. The food was mediocre at best. All I had was soup and salad. It's not hard to make a good salad and the salad was fine. The soup on the other hand certainly didn't taste like Chicken Dumpling, it tasted like sodium. I don't recall ordering Salt Soup with a side of salt, though I surely recall exceeding my recommended sodium intake for the day. My family members ordered Chicken Parmesan and Spaghetti. Both looked and tasted a step below homemade. One could do much better having made these dishes on their own with the help of a good online recipe and little to no experience in the kitchen. If it's your last resort, maybe the Villa is okay. I wouldn't recommend that it be your first pick though.

Awesome food, big portions. The staff are friendly and makes you feel like your at a family small town restaurant.

Do you typically show up hungry to a restaurant? If so, this isnt the place for you. We went here for dinner a few weeks ago and it took over an hour to receive our food, which came out wrong. We gave this place another try for breakfast and were disappointed again. After waiting at our table for 54 minutes we still had not received our food. Our server told us two times that our food would be out shortly, and after waiting 30 minutes after saying that our food was no where in sight. Our server told us our ticket time was “completely normal” for this restaurant. She blamed the slow service on their poorly qualified staff. Instead of filling every table in the place, they should only seat enough tables they can handle. Put people on a wait if you can’t serve the amount of people in your dining area.I can’t rate the food because we never received it. Disappointed with this place and won’t ever return. Don’t waste your time and drive somewhere else.

Seriously unfriendly hostess. Dirty table (sticky from syrup), so clearly not cleaned thoroughly. Bar, appetizer and food took forever. Appetizer was cold and not done completely. When we asked about the delay, that’s when our waitress’s attitude changed and service declined even more. I had to go find our own silverware and condiments. Never received salad to go with dinner, and we were charged for a drink we never had. My husband said his foos was ok, but I’ve never had prime rib cooked like a char-broiled/fry-pan-seared steak before!?! Cannot recommend this place. It wasn’t crowded… just absolutely the worst service imaginable.

This place has the best hot turkey sandwiches around. The service was fast and the food was excellent. I'm not a huge fan of the bar atmosphere, but that's just my personal preference. They really do a great overall.

The first couple times we went it was 100% amazing.Last week was not the same. 45 mins to get our food. No ice. No ranch dressing. This may seem minor. However it is 2 things that are standard for any restaurant. Our waitress was super sweet but verbally commented that she was embarrassed to be working there due to other workers not doing their job. Next time we are in the area we will look for another option.

Our server was absolutely amazing, the food was excellent, prices were beyond being a bary, and those cheese curds were some of the best I've ever had. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give the Villa a 15. Will definitely be back often.

We live in the neighborhood. My wife and I have never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant. It felt like we were bothering the waitress. The appetizer came right before our meal, so we did not get a chance to even enjoy it. Most of it was left on the table. My wife ordered a pizza, and she was not even done with the first slice, and the waitress ask if my wife wanted a box to go. My dry chicken wings for dinner was not even ready. It was a really odd experience. We have lived in the neighborhood for 12 years so far. We went to Emma's once and had the same experience. We thought we should give Villa a try. The experience was exactly the same.

Terrible experience today, ordered a bacon cheeseburger, received a bacon burger but the bacon was nasty crusty burnt and no cheese on the burger. The tots received with another meal we’re not even warm, daughters butter noodles had pieces of broccoli which she despises in it and another meal that was ordered with a bake potato as a side didn’t receive the bake potatoe until the rest of their meal was consumed. Thank goodness our service was good as that was the only good part of our visit.

We were there Saturday afternoon, I asked if the Prime Rib was ready, she said kitchen said yes. It was probably some of the best I've had and the cut was fairly thick. Perfectly cooked. Definitely will be back. Highly recommended.

We had a party of eight and was pleasantly surprised with the delicious food and the price. Our server was wonderful, and the owner came and chatted with us and even gave my grandson a piece of birthday cake. We will definitely be back

The food is very good here. Had some of the gluten free pizza my Wife got and wow very good. Somewhat similar to Andy's Hometown. Not as good as Andy's but for gluten free impressive. Their Philly cheese steak is very good.

Moved back to the area and wanted to see if anything changed. No gift shop extended the bar and added pool tables???. We thought this was odd. Ordered and food was not bad but it wasn't great. Sat where we could see back to the kitchen. A gentleman, dressed sloppy was rubbing his face and then cooking without handwashing. Our waitress was okay but nothing was fast. The ham was tiny and granddaughters bacon tasted as if it was going bad. So sad to see use to love going for prime rib but I don't think we will go back. It just wasn't worth it.
