We love going to Alborn Tavern! The staff are top shelf, the drinks are cold, and the food is amazing. We love our little middle of nowhere hangout!

Service was good, but waited almost an hour for the food, got a tiny hand full of chips with my burger, chips were stale, wife ordered a blt, was absolutely loaded with mayo, and she got a tiny handful of frys you pay extra for.

Heading to Meadoowlands and googled food in the way. Alborn Tavern pop up. A great place. Good food, 5 TVs and all on a different sporting event. Friendly and comfortable. Will be back.

They have changed it since it was Char/Mars. Less of a redneck bar and more of a sports bar vibe. Delicious pizza! Friendly environment.

Pleasantly surprised, as this was an impulse stop. (Not anymore!). The burgers were amazing. (And I've had most of the top rated burgers in Minnesota...). This place is now the place that other burger places will be measured against. We had the garlic butter burger and the Weezer burger

Place is always great! Keep in mind this is a bar with one grill at this time so if you go in while it's busy it might be a wait for food but it's worth it. Best Taco Tuesday around, Burgers are always great. Breakfast on weekend mornings 9-11 beats any diner in Cloquet or the ports.
