I picked up 2 chicken sandwiches and a rueben, also 2-3 packs of potatoe cakes. I waited inside, they were not busy at all. It was.my order and 1 drive through. Which was finished shortly after I ordered. The young girl wasn't in any hurry to finish my order, even though I was the only one waiting. Another drive through ordered and they were done before I was. The rueben was fine, but the crispy chicken was cold and extremely brown also the chicken bacon swiss was just as gross. The sandwiches sat in a bag by the heat lamp waiting for the potato cakes. This is my last visit there ever!!!!!!

I go to Arby's a lot and this usually doesn't happen. I was pretty shocked when I found my nuggies destroyed, burnt to a crisp, toasted.
Someone looked at these, said "good enough" and then put them in the carton, bagged them up and handed them to me. Who does this? 😂 I'm mad but also think it's funny. I'm humorously mad. 0/5 on the nuggos, 5/5 fries.
Service was good. Unfortunately the roast beef was dry and seemed like old leftovers. We got a lot of it. Curly fries also were not fresh.

Our order was just under $40. Our mac n cheese (bites) were About as burned as any food could be. We worked in the food business. BURNED BURNED!!! Attitude of employee when we requested some that were not burned, was BAD. She Had Everyone in there afraid of her. Another employee tried to help and she was rude to her also. What a mouth on her!!! Not sure about going back, burned taste in mouth.
