Our ham and Swiss had cold centers, and we had to wait for them as it seems we were more of an inconvenience for the staff to do them. I I almost asked for my tip back. It's time to only tip when you get the food. I'll not be back to this location.

I've never been to a caribou coffee place before. Loved the coffee bean on top! The white pumpkin mocha was delicious. She made it just right!
She was very unfriendly. If this is how they all are, I won't be back. Definitely will give a try someplace else.

Waited 30 minutes for my orders when asked on the way after 20 cars passed by. I had to ask a few times for my orders before they made my orders. If they are not happy to serve the people that are walking up to the window then don't open and should have a sign said drive through only. The location should have a proper training how to serve all kinds of people and first come first serve rules. This is a nightmare location for me and I glad that I don't have to order them again.
I love my Caribou as I have over 10,000 points on my account. Today was the worst service ever and was as bad last time at this location. I stood in line to order one person in front of me I decided to order on the app to speed it up. I then went to the bathroom and came back and still waited 10 min when there was 4 ladies sitting at a table and that was all. Then my everyday coffee drink was not even good and didn’t want to stand in line again as I was traveling. I will not return to that location. I always get top notch service ar the 2 I go to everyday.
