Very disappointed again. The last two times now, the veggies on the burger are barely there, even though we emphasize to load them up. Too bad it went downhill, and prices are uphill. Will choose different place to order, and be guaranteed a great burger, with great toppings.

I had a great lunch at Culvers. The service at counter was very friendly and fast. I had a Wisconsin Swiss melt sandwich a double. The Swiss cheese was fresh and melty, the rye bread tasted like rye bread and beef was good. There was some purple onion and I added mustard. I also had yummy crinkle fries and ketchup. My favorite was the root beer. I was glad we went here and would definitely go again.

Food gets thrown at us every time we go there, today was the last straw. The shake we ordered got spilled all over our truck because the guy who handed our food to us couldn't wait two minutes for us to set it down and now there is chocolate shake everywhere. If I could give 0 stars I would but the food taste good. Get better employees.

Passing through town on our way to the cities....drive through was quick, food was hot & fresh and service was terrific! They asked my husband's name at the drive through and then greeted him by name at the window! So personalized and friendly!

We stopped at the Culver’s in Alexandria and we were very impressed with the service and quality of the food. The burgers were appropriately hot and the toppings were fresh tasting. The staff was very attentive and helpful.
We even got a complimentary pup cup for our dog! Great dining exoerience!

Logan was a helpful cashier and made some meal adjustment recommendations that were delicious (i.e. subbing cheddar cheese on a butter burger). Bathrooms are nice and clean (and decorated festive for holidays). It was absolutely jam-packed and there was nowhere to sit or stand.
