Logan was a helpful cashier and made some meal adjustment recommendations that were delicious (i.e. subbing cheddar cheese on a butter burger). Bathrooms are nice and clean (and decorated festive for holidays). It was absolutely jam-packed and there was nowhere to sit or stand.

Bun was stale and Hamburger was overcooked with Burnt edges Long wait for food. Frequently go to Culver, but this is the second time I have stopped in Alexandria and very disappointed both times. All manager said was they were sorry lol went to another restaurant to get a meal I could eat.
