Logan was a helpful cashier and made some meal adjustment recommendations that were delicious (i.e. subbing cheddar cheese on a butter burger). Bathrooms are nice and clean (and decorated festive for holidays). It was absolutely jam-packed and there was nowhere to sit or stand.
Went to mcdonalds, and they were closed, now saying they have to close the lobby at 5 lol. Went to culvers and dropped $24 on some meat and hot honey cheese curds which are amazing. Thanks culvers u never let me down
I rarely leave reviews, but my customer service was worth taking the time. Customer service seems lacking these days, but your restaurant's was worth mentioning. I was traveling through and stopped in for take out. Logan waited on me. He was friendly and personable. He made a food recommendation that was very helpful. The staff handing me my food saw that my hands were full and asked if they could get me a drink carrier to make things easier even tho I just had the one shake....
