I called on 7/3 to have an ice cream cake put on hold for my mother in law to pick up for my son’s birthday in Alexandria. I wish I could remember who I spoke with, she was so helpful. I expected to just get a blank cake and write on it myself, but she asked for the details and even said they could make a themed cake to match my son’s Lego theme. The cake was absolutely adorable and exceeded my expectations! So pleased with the service and cake!

Does the manager understand that you can’t cut a carrier in half, it defeats the purpose of a carry it loses structure this is a terrible idea.. $56 for 4 to eat just give us a full tray, this is crazy never seen this in my life, called the store and manager said this is the owners policy, wack idea

Very busy which is usual on a Fri. What I didn't expect was ordering 7 large blizzards with extra toppings and most did not even have double toppings. One was basically a milkshake why even put the spoon in.

The food and ice cream are the most delicious I've ever tasted, even though I've eaten in different states. It's clear they're a great team, and their speed in preparing the food is phenomenal. I've never seen anything like it.
