I generally have a good experience here but this last time was completely mind boggling, the male bartender wasn’t even busy with anything and as soon as I sat down he went to the waitress who wasn’t working the bar and asked her to wait on me.
I’ve barely seen this guy or talked to him in the past at the bar and can’t understand why he wouldn’t do his job serving me and would ask someone else to.
It was very bizarre behavior.
And I could possibly understand if he were busy but he wasn’t busy at all.
And if the waitress isn’t making drinks and is waiting tables then why bother her to wait on me if she isn’t working behind the bar.
Also he didn’t even tell me why she was going to wait on me, he just handed me a menu and said she would be over.

We read the reviews before we went.. as others said.. service was very slow. Our food was marginal despite positive reviews from others online. Staff, hard to get there attention... it was very busy but then hire more people so the customer doesn't suffer...

Our Lions group came here for dinner. There were 30 of us. Cole did an exceptional job serving us. The kitchen staff appeared to be a bit overwhelmed. Good food and drinks.

Tanner waited on 4 of us older gals & he was so personable & friendly & funny! The fried pickles were absolutely fabulous! Everything we ate was very, very good & our drinks were too! Tanner was terrific, so I would suggest you tip him well!

Good food, good drinks, and not many people there from 9 to 10 pm on a Wednesday night.

It is a fantastic place for getting out from the tiresome repeating of the normalcy of the basics in dining fare, with having unique dishes, of new exciting takes on flavors, and presentations, also serve countless varieties of specialty craft brews made from in Alexandria and around our state along with nationwide and imports from other countries as well.

Vegetarian options: Don't have information on types of meals offered.

Dietary restrictions: Again, I am not informed. A person would need to call for info regarding this matter.

Parking: Well, it's right across from the mall, so there is additional parking in the malls parking lot. If DJ's is really busy, at times.

Kid-friendliness: Kids do eat there from time to time.

Wheelchair accessibility: I believe there is a sloping to the sidewalk from the parking lot?

Everything about this place was AMAZING! We stopped here for dinner on our way through the USA from Toronto to Winnipeg. Best food of the trip! 10/10 food, 10/10 drinks, 10/10 staff and atmosphere!

The food…need I say more! I had their bourbon bacon burger and the flavor explosion was out of this world. We also had the pretzel sticks with beer cheese sauce, absolutely the most flavorful beer cheese I’ve had! Our server came at every appropriate time.

Four stars for the effort and ambiance, but let’s just say the beer selection was like speed dating—lots of options, but none really swept me off my feet ?. I ordered the bourbon burger with bacon jam, which was like the friend you enjoy hanging out with but wouldn’t necessarily invite to every party. Good, but not quite life-changing. The fries, though… they had potential, but I think they were a bit too nostalgic, carrying the flavors of a thousand fries fried before them. Fry oil, meet your expiration date ?️. That said, I’d definitely come back for another round—maybe next time I’ll meet my perfect match!
