Seafood chowder was amazing hands down.. But waited almost 1 hour for meatloaf that was absolutely covered in gravy and thats all you tasted. Not worth the hour wait or price

We took our son and his fiancée out for dinner out to Interlachen. They had never been there and it had been a long time since we’ve been there. We loved the food, service and the atmosphere! Appetizer’s were awesome. The food was all home made… even the salad dressing. Could not have been happier with our outing!!!

Dinner was okay but we literally froze inside the restaurant! I mentioned it to our waiter - he shrugged and said, "you'll warm up after your first drink". We didn't - also noticed other folks putting on jackets and sweatshirts.

We had the BEST ribs and Pan Fried Walleye! So much food for the price! We loved it here, for the food. FYI - Cash price is better than credit card.

We came in at 11:30. We were the only table occupied at the time. Ordered appetizers and our meals. An hour went by before we received our appetizers, and another half hour before we got our meals. Other guests that came in after us were already getting their food before we even had our appetizers. Then we had to go up to the bar to get our tab and to go boxes. Food was good, very slow/poor service. I wouldn’t recommend going there for a quick bit.

Excellent food, great service, cozy atmosphere. If you want a special dinner, relaxed lunch or just break at the bar this is your spot! Our prime rib was amazing, so tender and flavorful. Homemade salad dressings, soups and dessert sooo good. New owners are a very kind local family who love what they do and the people they serve.
