I was ordering the #17, I wanted no mayo or tomato though, which I said to the drive-through person. I also ordered a combo with my meal, I got my drink, and a bag of my food. After I was on my way home, I looked through my bag to see my sandwich, but no chips. The chips come with the combo, and after looking at the sandwich, it had mayo. They held the tomato, but added mayo when I said not to! Looking at the receipt, they charged me for the chips that I didn't even get. And they failed to make my order, and instead of no mayo, they put no hot peppers, which I don't even know where hot peppers came into play. The point is, they failed to take an order properly, and didn't give me the chips for the combo. Money down the drain.

The JJ gargantuan is the best sandwich in the entire universe.
Terrible, the person taking our order was rude beyond belief and was sarcastic. he was huffy and puffy and asked for the receipt and basically ignored me. It was our first time ordering here and will NOT be back

I absolutely love The Pepe (#1). I get it on the wheat bread and it is always very good. The staff is very nice and fun to talk to. They always greet you as soon as you get in the door. Keep up the good work JJ's team.
