Food was very questionable. Not sure if it was cooked correctly, Barely warm. Place was very dirty and not busy from a customer point. The workers were very nice but seemed to not listen to requests. Ex: No pickles on sandwich. They did anyway.

I was Very disappointed when bringing my family here! I worked here way back in high school and loved the food and atmosphere!! The lobby was disgusting, floor and tables filthy and covered in crumbs, we were the first in store customers so clearly mess from night before. We won't even talk about the bathrooms, YIKES!!! Staff was super cold and were on their phones non stop. Perhaps if they picked up a wash cloth or broom the place would be way more inviting/welcoming!

I ordered food online for the 15 dollar coupon for a free bucket, then went to pick it up and they didn't honor the coupon. People at home didn't get to eat. Will never go back. Thanks for nothing.

We received our food at 12:26 PM started eating and realized that we did not get our biscuit. We walked up to the counter and approximately 12:35 P.m. We were acknowledged through them looking at us Asked us what we needed. They were busy but not as busy as when we first walked in. It wouldāve only taken them half a minute to grab a biscuit for us, but continue working on other orders. 12:50 PM. I finally spoke up and said hello. Can somebody please help me all I need is a biscuit and they help us. They did not apologize just said that they were busy.

I donāt usually post reviews but this was to awful to not. ordered a big box with a medium fry. I got half the fries i was supposed to and chicken was absolutely terrible (it looks like it missing a whole chunk.) Complete waste of money. If you want awful food go here.

That bathroom be nasty..It ain't been clean in awhile. Tables were messy too. The staff be lacking. But they chicken and biscuits good.
Some of my chicken nuggets were very chewy and the texture was off. The bathrooms were in desperate need of cleaning and repairs. I don't plan on going back. š¬
