I ordered food online for the 15 dollar coupon for a free bucket, then went to pick it up and they didn't honor the coupon. People at home didn't get to eat. Will never go back. Thanks for nothing.

We received our food at 12:26 PM started eating and realized that we did not get our biscuit. We walked up to the counter and approximately 12:35 P.m. We were acknowledged through them looking at us Asked us what we needed. They were busy but not as busy as when we first walked in. It wouldâve only taken them half a minute to grab a biscuit for us, but continue working on other orders. 12:50 PM. I finally spoke up and said hello. Can somebody please help me all I need is a biscuit and they help us. They did not apologize just said that they were busy.

I donât usually post reviews but this was to awful to not. ordered a big box with a medium fry. I got half the fries i was supposed to and chicken was absolutely terrible (it looks like it missing a whole chunk.) Complete waste of money. If you want awful food go here.

The chicken strips were old and tough like theyâd been sitting out all afternoon. Potatoes were cold. Gravy lukewarm. The coleslaw was good

I love KFC, and my food was great. What was disappointing? Was that the two or three people behind the counter seemed absolutely uninterested in cleaning the restaurant. Half the tables in the restaurant had food on them and I was the only one in the restaurant. My order wasnât quite ready and they said it would be a few minutes so I had a seat and went back a little later to check on my food and it was sitting on the counter. When I asked if this was mine, theyâre like yes⊠I said I thought you would call me⊠they looked at me, blankety, almost dumbfounded.
I said well why didnât you bring it out to me. They said OH⊠WE DONâT DO THAT!
It seemed like Service was not a priority in this restaurant.
It would be beneficial of management addressed issues like, when itâs slow, ensure the restaurant is clean and tidy, when a customer comes in, make sure they feel like they are the only priority.
