Russell sprouts are amazing, steak (filet) cooked to perfection. After driving 11 hours it was so great to stop in and have a fabulous meal! Drinks were awesome to and just down the road from the room.

I'm about 6 months late on this review, but this place was a pleasant surprise when I was in town for work. None of the foods were a miss! Great portions, great flavor, reasonable price for what you get. If I remember correctly there was a special on pasta that day that made the price of my brisket Mac and cheese ridiculously cheap. The brisket poutine was great, but that being said it was probably my least favorite of everything I tried and that's saying a lot. Highly recommend the bacon wrapped poppers. My brisket mac and cheese was so good, the noodles were not overcooked or mushy like seems to be the par for most restaurants. The chicken wild rice soup is everything you'd expect out of that soup. 10/10 will eat here again next time I'm in Alex.

We called in earlier this week about getting reservations for tonight and were told twice that you weren't doing reservations this year and it was first come first serve. So we showed up and found out there were reservations. I don't know what the case was on that but should probably make sure host/hostess know that information.

Brad, Jason and all the rest of the crew at Long Trees knock it out of the park everytime. It’s my son’s favorite place to go out for a “fancy” dinner with mom. The chicken is out of this world, the steak is always cooked perfectly, the desserts are divine, and how do you go wrong with homemade soup? Definitely check it out!!

Food was amazing!! The server, Darrian, was really sweet and attentive. She really gave it her all!!! She had a huge table of about 20 people (mostly preteen girls) when we got there and a couple other tables and she still managed to give us quality service. The food was perfect as usual as well. I noticed the manager, I think his name is Al, doing quite a bit too. Cleaning. Checking on the entire restaurant. To top it all off, Santa and Mrs. Claus were there. Together the atmosphere was to die for. They definitely need more people liked them two. It’s not always this lovely at this restaurant. Thank you all!!!
We stopped in for lunch. First of all, it is decorated so beautifully for the holidays. Everywhere you look, there's another sparkly decoration, but it's not done gaudily. The food was fabulous. My friend is gluten intolerant, and they have tons of things that are gluten-free. We ordered apps to share: Brisket Poutine, Duck Tacos, and Fried Cheese Curds. Wow!!! So good. I'm drooling just thinking about it. Our sever was Seth. He was fantastic. My friend and I love to joke around, and Seth played right along. He was funny, kind, and professional. Thank you, Longtrees, for a fabulous lunch and laughs.

Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk is wheelchair accessible. I don't recall a handicap button for the door, but they are easy to open, or someone can hold them for you. There is plenty of room to get through.

Was seated no one waited on us for at least twenty minutes and had to ask two different server if someone was going to help us we two other tables we seated after us and got there drinks and order taken before us. i understand they busy on Friday night but very poor service, didn't ask what kind of potatoes or options of any kind, we had ask for them. Was not told what the special was saw our when took our order brand our food and the bill very disappointing for very nice restaurant it be long time before come back or if ever by the way food was very good

Absolutely wonderful: we came here for my boyfriend’s 40th birthday and it was perfect! We had the strip steak and the food was cooked to perfection with a wonderful charbroiled taste. I cannot recommend this place enough! The atmosphere is so charming and the staff are always so welcoming. This is one of our favorite spots. Yes yes yes a million times over to everything on their menu! We have not had a bad meal here yet and have been consistently coming for over two years. My favorite is their handmade chicken sandwich or the shrimp. An absolute must stop on your tour through Alexandria MN!

Food was fine. We got there right when they opened and the men's room was a disaster. It looked like a dive bar bathroom, inexcusable, should have been cleaned by the closing staff.
