Bought food through DoorDash first the food was ice cold stale fries and on top of it put onion on both my sandwich’s which I requested only ketchup on both and one of the sandwich’s was half wrapped when I called to let them know Sherry who answered the phone couldn’t have cared less she literally said “okay I’ll let the cooks know” no apology for the very poor quality of food nothing just seemed annoyed I called in the first place very disappointed

Waited 45 minutes in drive through, bag was sitting on counter getting cold with melted mcflurries. Order was wrong, cold, and fries were thrown in. Workers were shuffling around, looking like they had no idea what was going on. Our order was not the only one sitting there. Cars in drive thru were piling up.
