Fries were cold and I found someone’s hair in my food I would wish to think it was mine but mine is long and brown and the hair was pitch black and short so sad that this has happened

You know McDonalds. They are usually quite similar. The play place here was real good. They had the traditional playground material and also some electronic games. We did a lot of double cheeseburgers to get the buy one get one for $1 deal.

Slow service rude employees waited 10 min before anyone helped us had to say something to get there attention too many people running around doing nothing it takes 2 people to wash windows food was nasty cold This place needs a new manager durn the day

Had a free coupon from a blizzard game for a cheeseburger, manager was very rude and yelled we don’t accept those anymore! No expiration date on coupon and very disappointed by negative experience.
The cook was not using gloves and it took so long to get my order and I saw everything sitting right there at night and they was just talking instead of simply handing me my order

Bought food through DoorDash first the food was ice cold stale fries and on top of it put onion on both my sandwich’s which I requested only ketchup on both and one of the sandwich’s was half wrapped when I called to let them know Sherry who answered the phone couldn’t have cared less she literally said “okay I’ll let the cooks know” no apology for the very poor quality of food nothing just seemed annoyed I called in the first place very disappointed
