I had a really frustrating experience at this McDonald’s. My order was messed up twice. The first time, they put onions on my food even though I didn’t ask for any. I went back to get it fixed, and the replacement was just as bad — the patty was hard and overcooked. At that point the food was basically inedible. I expect better quality and attention to orders, especially after giving them a second chance. Very disappointing.

Online ordered so you’d think it would be easy to know what order was mine. Older Hispanic lady started handing my a large coffee calling it a mocha I said no we order a black coffee and said our order name. She gave me a different meal than closed the window, we sat there for 2 minutes until she opened the window back up and I tried explaining to her we had on online order with three drinks including a large dark roasted black coffee. She proceeded to argue with me that that’s what she said but no, no she didn’t she kept saying mocha. Gave me major attitude and kept trying to make it my fault.

This restaurant is setup to discourage customers from entering. The restrooms are difficult to get into, and use. After washing your hands there is no way to dry them because the hand dryers didn't work. Only takeout is offered. We left and went across the street to Hardee's and had a great lunch were we felt welcome.

I typically don't leave reviews for fast food cause they are all pretty much the same but this one was by far the worse I have been to.
First off the lobby was gross to say the least. Both garbage bins where overflowing. Most of the table looked like they hadn't been clean and you could skate on the floor.
Secondly it took 22 mins to get two large drinks which where a coke and sweet tea.
Now I can understand being backed up in orders because of the drive-thru or how many people are inside but that wasn't the case here. When we had entered the establishment there was not that many people inside nor too many in the Drive-Thru, but yet it still took 22 minutes to receive two large drinks. I honestly would never go back to this place.

Ordered a vanilla shake at 6:30 pm on a Thursday. 31 minutes later, had a melted vanilla shake finally come out.
I feel bad for the few workers who were behind the counter; at minute 28, three employees came out of the bathroom smelling skunky. 🌳🍃 You can guess what they were up to.

First of all, this was NOT fast food. VERY slow service. It took over 30 minutes to get our order! Flies through the whole place, dirty bathroom, asked for ketchup, 4 people, gave us 2 packets. Had to ask for straws and our bottled water. Had to ask multiple people to get what we needed. This place needs MANAGEMENT!
Service is the slowest I have ever experienced.. 15+ cars waiting in the drivr through for 10 min and not a single car has moved.

Avoid going through this McDonald's drive-through. It is really busy it can take ~15 - 45 minutes to get through the drive-through line and get your food for a simple 2 person app order. They also like to screw up and short you on your chicken nugget orders so verify your order before pulling out of the parking lot.
Live in town and experienced a lot of waiting to pick up app orders at tjis McDonald's. Posting this today with the wait clocked in at 45 minutes.
