This place has gone downhill the last couple of years. You have to double check everything and 3 out of 5 visits through drive thru we will be missing an item we ordered or they will have given us a wrong item. They are not accurate and you can't trust them to get it right. For an example, two days ago I ordered 2 sausage burritos, hot sauce, and a hashbrown. I didn't get the hashbrown in my bag. This morning we ordered a number 4 (sausage egg biscuit meal), a sausage biscuit, 2 sausage burritos and 2 hot sauces. We got a bacon McGriddle meal, a sausage biscuit, 2 sausage burritos, and no hot sauces.

there are so many reasons to not recommend McDonald's such as receiving warm bottled water instead of cold or they constantly mess up your order

Drive thru employees were awesome, I have a speech impediment and talk with an electro larynx and due to the Corona Virus, I was forced to use drive thru today and they got my order correct. A little trouble with the the speaker thing outside but very trouble free order for me which is rare. I’m tough to understand on the phone.

Don't use the drive thru is you want fast service, the right food,, and food that is not burnt.. The last two visits I have had nothing but terrible food and the wait time is very long in and food comes to the vehicle wrong.
Stopped in on my way through for 2 Sausage Egg McMuffins. Took 25 minutes and they got the order wrong. I got a Sausage Egg McMuffin and a regular Egg McMuffin. Seeing some other reviews, I don't think my experience is unique.

I visited this McDonald's 4 days ago and stood in line for nearly 15 minutes to get my food. Today I decided I would get smarter, and placed a mobile order before I left my office. It's been 15 minutes since I checked in in the mobile order parking spot at this restaurant and still no sign of my order. There's been a car waiting next to me since before I got here. This is unacceptable. And unbelievable. I've already paid her I would just leave. This needs to be addressed. I won't be back for a 3rd try.

I live near this McDonalds and in the past year have been about twice per month due to convenience. Every time, regardless of time of day, they continue to have the longest wait times of any McDonalds I have ever encountered. There can be 2 cars in line or 10, it will take you between 10-30 minutes to get your order. We tried going into the lobby to see if that speeds anything up— nope. Ordering at the kiosks? Nope. We have encountered running out of grilled chicken for a salad or sandwich more times than we can recall. After this last time waiting over 10 minutes for a 1 cheeseburger order (two cars ahead of me, with the previous order being one (1) double cheeseburger) will be the last. We will drive the extra 5 miles if we want to visit a McDonalds in Alexandria again.

I don't usually review McDonald's because they're normally all about the same but this one seemed abnormally clean to me the service was cheerful and it just seemed better than normal so I thought I would give them a heads up you doing a good job
