Pioneer Grill by Vivie

We used Pioneer Grill for 2 events at Andria Theatre. The first event they supplied some Charcuterie Cups and Caprese Skewers to our in-house event, and the ease of the items made snacking during the event great!
The second event they catered a meal, and they were not only professional and helpful, but the food was absolutely amazing! People are still telling us how great their apricot-bourbon chicken and their Tortellini was.
Incredible customer service with fast response time, amazing food, and careful consideration of allergies and sensitivities. Will definitely be recommending them to other businesses for events!

Enjoyed a great dinner experience tonight at Pioneer Grill. Came in at 5 pm, we were promptly waited on by a friendly waitress, Lylah. She was very knowledgeable about the menu items and very attentive to our requests! We were very impressed with the service and the food was delicious! We observed all the waitresses being very friendly and attentive to the customers. One of the waitresses even helped a resident cut her menu items so she could eat.
While we were visiting after our meal we observed an elderly woman fall in the commons area. One of the waitresses, her name was Carly, immediately went to help her and offered her assistance.
We will definitely be back. Alexandria is very lucky to have a venue for residents and their families to enjoy a meal together. In addition it is a great dining
experience for the public. Thank You!

We had dinner at the Pioneer Grill on 1-16-26.
The food was excellent, servers were attentive and helpful with questions. It was a great experience! We will be back!!!

We attempted to have dinner at the Pioneer Grill tonight (party of 3). There were several waitresses working and not one of them came to our table or would even make eye contact. After 15 minutes of being completely ignored, we left. This staff is an embarrassment to the restaurant. We will never return.

Stopped with friends for lunch very good service and awesome food we will be back !!

100/10! I work as a wedding professional, so I’ve seen Pioneer Grill in action a few times now. They are always incredibly professional and the food is absolutely delicious! They make all other vendors’ jobs very easy. They especially knocked it out of the park at our last event together, I am still raving about the chicken. We worked with Pioneer Grill catering for the Central Lakes Symphony Orchestra’s gala. Kelly was the best and so easy to work with. She would get us answers and information that we needed. She set up a taste test for our committee which truly enjoyed. Chef Rob did a great job with the presentation and taste of the food. At our gala we had many guests impressed with dinner and it was as good as the tasting! I wouldn’t hesitate to have them cater my next function.

Our meeting room at Grand Arbor by Vivie was an ideal place to meet! Kelly was GREAT to work with prior to our meeting. Her follow through was wonderful. She made the planning seamless. The set up of our room encouraged interaction among our team and the technology, screen and chairs were great! Angie went above and beyond in serving our needs from providing a HDMI cable to adjusting the lights in the room to ensuring we had the items we ordered to eat and drink and clearing away the plates etc. Our breakfast items and lunch were delicious- very fresh! We highly recommend this meeting venue!

Amazing food! They were amazing at catering for our wedding! They were very considerate of our food allergies of our guests and very organized! All of our guests told us many times how delicious the food was! Highly recommend!

My wife and I recently hosted a wedding anniversary open house celebration for about 140 family and friends in the Community Room at Grand Arbor, with catering by Pioneer Grill. Everything about the experience was first class.

The price of the room itself is the best deal in town by far! (We checked 3 other facilities before deciding.)

Kelly Sowada, sales and catering coordinator, was very easy to work with and so helpful in making decisions.

The chef, Paul, because of his expertise and experience in catering was very helpful in menu selection. Everything was prepared and served on site. The presentation of the food was very professional and appealingly. It was especially flavorful.

The staff set the room perfectly for our event and provided excellent service during the event.

For many of our guests, it was the first time they had attended a social function at Grand Arbor. We heard so many comments from guests about how nice the room was for an event like this and about how wonderful the food was.

The technology was easy to work with, so we were able to show a continuous loop slide show of pictures of our family. This was viewable from anywhere in the room with a combination of an automatic screen and two large screen TVs on the walls.

Grand Arbor Community Room is a largely undiscovered gem as a venue for small and midsize functions. Pioneer Grill catering is a fantastic resource whether they’re on-site or off-site.

I attended a wedding this past weekend, and Pioneer Grill catered the event. The food was delicious! I've been a guest at over 20 weddings in the past few years, and this was by far the best food I've ever had. The food was hot, flavorful, and perfectly cooked—nothing was dry. If I ever need catering in this area, I will definitely be calling them!

We recently had Pioneer Grill cater our wedding for 100 guests and they knocked it out of the park. We couldn’t be happier with the whole process from start to finish they executed and went above and beyond. I worked with Ariel and Kelly. They were both so responsive, helpful, kind and the day of the wedding the entire staff was friendly and so helpful. We went with a pasta buffet and our guests loved it as did we. I'm a vegetarian and they even plated me a special meal (without asking) I looked into other restaurants and caterers and am thrilled I choose them.
