Food was over an hour and a half late. We tried calling twice got transferred twice to the local store no one ever answered at the actual store. Food was good but cold. Delivery driver was nice.

I ordered a Supreme pizza and there are toppings missing. I cant get ahold of anyone in the store to get it fixed. It's a bit hard to enjoy it when my favorite topping is missing.

Zero stars . They have no cook . I place a online order then go there to pick it up. They tell me they have no cook that'll be another 30 minutes. What is wrong with places these days . Close ur doors that's bs

I ordered a pizza for delivery through the call center and the person screwed up my order. I called the sore directly and spoke to a worker named Susan. She was amazing! She remade my pizza since mine was cold already and offered me a free 2 liter of pop. It’s hard to find people they care for their customers anymore. She went above and beyond and Pizza Hut is very lucky to have her.

Ordered the big box dinner with 2 pizzas, bread sticks and wings. I pizza was cheese and the other was 1 that I made up with chicken, pepperoni, mushrooms, onion, olives and white garlic sauce NOT the red sauce. And then there isn't even ranch or blue cheese with the buffalo wings. Aww, why can't I get what I am paying for.

I ordered a pizza, (which was correct) and breadsticks with extra marinara sauce. I got cheesebread instead and got charged for extra marinara sauce but did NOT receive it. Called to complain, was on hold for 23 min and finally hung up. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone!!!! Poor business practice when the order is not correct, you get charged for something you didn't get and than no one to speak to about these isses!!!!

We like our town pizza hut but when call local number we're sent to a outta state/country site who placed me on hold 2x and hung up on one, on one, i got to barely say hello... first was over 5 min 2ndtime they hung up on me 3rd on hold for over 10 min.. they need to get rid of this off site service you get lousy attitudes from 90% of them and you cannot understand them 95% of time or they can't understand you constant repeating what you just said, what they pay these off site places you can have store employees answering phones, and they at least know the local area your telling them about..
