I ordered a pizza for delivery through the call center and the person screwed up my order. I called the sore directly and spoke to a worker named Susan. She was amazing! She remade my pizza since mine was cold already and offered me a free 2 liter of pop. It’s hard to find people they care for their customers anymore. She went above and beyond and Pizza Hut is very lucky to have her.
Ordered the big box dinner with 2 pizzas, bread sticks and wings. I pizza was cheese and the other was 1 that I made up with chicken, pepperoni, mushrooms, onion, olives and white garlic sauce NOT the red sauce. And then there isn't even ranch or blue cheese with the buffalo wings.

Nothing wrong with the the place or people working there. It's the person that answers the phone. More than once I've had problems with messed up orders and locations for pick up. Might work better if you weren't calling someone that barely speaks English. Maybe an option to call the actual store making the pizza.
