I have been coming to this same Qdoba a lot since they opened here. I have almost always had pleasant experiences. Today was drastically different. Girl working the first station had a terrible attitude. Carelessly tossed my tortilla on the dirty counter instead of the foil it is supposed to go on. Next proceeds to give the smallest scoops of food. Carelessly flinging half my chicken on the floor instead of my burrito.. burrito gets passed to next station.. man wipes nose with hand, pulls phone out of pocket, then proceeds to slowly put on gloves without washing hands at all. Carelessly wraps burrito and tears it. Wasn’t even a burrito. This is also coming from someone who has worked at Qdoba and knows the cleanliness standards that are taught, and the portion sizes that are to be scooped. Absolutely careless attitudes. Would not recommend eating here until they get some better employees.

Laziest scoops I've ever seen i got like 4 pieces of chicken in my burrito 2 of which burnt to a crisp and one of the 4 pieces of chicken fell into the lettuce so I got 3 pieces of chicken while the people behind me got 2 heaping scoops of chicken each scoop bigger than my whole burrito

We've been coming here for well over a year and we have never had a bad experience. Food is always amazing, staff is always quick and nice, even when they were training new employees last year, they did a good job getting us through the line, and those employees Are still here, meaning the work environment has to be good for them to stick around. If you need a quick lunch, this is your place to go!

Normally love this place and come here once or twice a week. Today we placed two separate online orders , picked stuff up and left. We paid for extra meat and chose extra toppings and literally had bowls half full! The salads maybe had a handful of lettuce. Everything could have fit in the small bowls so I’m not sure why we bothered ordering and paying for the larger bowls. After spending nearly $70 between the two orders and leaving with maybe $30 worth of food I won’t be back! I could have even overlooked one item being skimpy but not every item!

Food and service are good- pretty much what you expect.
Atmosphere was kind of weird with the manager up front at a table with her coat and backpack, texting and running the clock out on her shift. I didn’t really care but then she started calling back at her employees to scold them for “leaning” when they should be cleaning. Just kind of funny because she was literally leaning against a wall texting as she yelled across the room.
Gotta call it out- train your managers better because that’s just embarrassing.
