Ordered via mobile app. As we approached the location it was clear they were busy. It became obvious they were overwhelmed. It was a Saturday morning. However, 5 employees on duty, all were busy, the only things being delivered was food. The two baristas were busy making drinks but must have been for drive through only. The queue in the dining room grew and grew. Two guests abandoned their drinks before us. The woman waiting in front of me was 40 minutes. We were 35 minutes and had to abandon our drinks to maintain our schedule. I monitored the app. Drinks were not ready until after an hour. Two simple, off-the-menu, no special requests drinks. By the time I got notification, we were 42 miles down the freeway. I shall visit their competition across the street next time.

They don’t care about customers, gave me a half filled order and didn’t remake or give me my money back, highly do not recommend, especially when I’m lactose intolerant.

I have stopped here before well having a vacation and this location has always been great. They have a lot of Starbucks merchandise. I have been able to find things here that I cannot find in Minneapolis. They have a great selection of drinks and food. The staff is always very kind and friendly. They are very fast and efficient, and the drinks are well blended. When I come inside the storage, there’s always clean and tidy. Thanks for the great service.

Overpriced and underflavored. I guess I'm just over corporate America ruining everything. Attitude from the Baristas hating their jobs doesn't help with the experience.

In the past I’ve had my drinks sitting ready at the drive through when I go in to pick up. I saw one that I thought could be mine and asked if it was mine. One gal politely looked and let me know it wasn’t mine. An unrelated girl chimed in with a very passive aggressive update. Then when it was actually ready, she didn’t even let me know.

Got an iced Carmel macchiato and so disappointed it was milk with Carmel no coffee added what so ever so gross! It was $5 for Carmel milk. And my daughters drink they added pumps of chocolate instead of what we asked. I think I’m good on going back to this Starbucks
