I went to the Alexandria, Minnesota location (over an hour away from where I live.) and arrived at 7:45 PM. Their hours on Google and the sign say 8:45 PM. They were closed. There was no signs on the door. Lights were still on. And i watched 2 employees walk out and lock the door. I called corporate and was helped by a man who barely spoke English. All I was offered was $5 to be added to my gift card. I was going in there and about to buy 5 drinks. Calling was pointless. I could hardly understand what he was saying. He was very Gung ho on telling me that it's not what the actual website says. I understand that $5 is $5. But that doesn't put into consideration my time and gas driving there.

Twice now I have ordered a pink drink with cold foam and light ice. Both times they have given me extra ice and an absurd amount of cold foam. It is absolutely ridiculous that I have to pay $8 for a drink and get a quarter of what I ordered.

The quality of the coffee was horrible. If we’re paying $7+ dollars for a coffee you’d expect at least some quality. We regularly visit Alexandria and first time we’ve stopped here but never again. My husband ordered a nitro cold brew which was half nitro half creamer. We’ve never had such a horrible experience at a Starbucks before. I understand if they’re busy but they should be somewhat consistent in the quality of their product.

I have never had a problem with this location, until today. i always order ahead and i prefer drinks with no ice, so i ordered my normal. i ordered it 10 minutes before i got there, when i arrived there were only two cars ahead of me and i still had to wait for 15 minutes before letting them know i was there for a mobile order. i finally got up to the window to find that i only got 3/4 a cup of my drink and when i questioned it i got told “you need to specify you want extra milk” i have been ordering here for over a year and never had a problem. maybe there should be an add extra milk option for if you get no ice, or a note saying that your drink will not be filled. again, i have never once had a problem before until today.

Came here twice while I was in town. The first time they made my drink wrong and refused to remake it. The second time, I ordered on the app and it wasn’t ready anywhere close to the time in the app. This store needs retraining.

My summertime blue lemonade balls had white hard stuff in them. Yuck!
Very bad service, we did not get are 2nd cake pop because a barista forgot. We nicely asked if we could have the other one and we were accused of getting it by another barista. The barista then finally got it for use and then rudely threw it to use on the counter very rude service, would not recommend!

I used to go get the same drink atleast once a week and it was always made perfectly. The last couple times there have been some flaws, this last time everything tasted extremely watered down and there was hardly any flavor at all in any of the 4 drinks I ordered, including my usual drink.

I came here yesterday and got a pink drink with mocha and cold foam, it was prepared very well and I'd give it a 8/10. Today, I came to the same starbucks and got the same drink, only this time, the mocha was not mixed into the drink, but it was on top of the cold foam, which made the cold foam bitter and unenjoyable... the only way I could get the mocha into the drink was by mixing the cold foam all the way in, which made the drink curdle, there was also a lack of strawberries. The overall taste for this trip was 6/10, experience 4/10.
