I just went there pulled up twice theres no sign that says there closed and there was definitely someone in there with pink curly hair and whoever was there was actively ignoring me at the drive thru and wouldnt awnser me i was waiting there for a good 3 minutes and no awnser.

WORST STARBUCKS IVE EVER BEEN TOO. 1st I’ve been there many times even applied before. They r pretty under staffed so it’s not exactly the workers faults if anything it’s the managers. There r many people who apply there the manager is just picky with who she hires and because of them being understaffed they r ALWAYS CLOSED. At this point they should close the store or fire the manager and find a better one. One night I came there was no one in line at all and I was told to wait at the speaker box even though there was no one there anyway, I was waiting there for 15 minutes with now 3 other people behind me not to mention I only wanted one drink and when I got to the window it took another 15 minutes for me to get one drink, which is crazy considering there were 3 people working that I could see.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The employees were very slow- took them 20 mins to get my 3 drinks- 2 of which were plain coldbrews. The one lady was on her phone multiple times, and to top it off, the one order that wasn't a simple drink, was wrong! It was a iced pumpkin chai, she gave me a pumpkin coldbrew.

Always excellent coffee. Though, like everything else, it is getting overpriced.
Ordered via mobile app. As we approached the location it was clear they were busy. It became obvious they were overwhelmed. It was a Saturday morning. However, 5 employees on duty, all were busy, the only things being delivered was food. The two baristas were busy making drinks but must have been for drive through only. The queue in the dining room grew and grew. Two guests abandoned their drinks before us. The woman waiting in front of me was 40 minutes. We were 35 minutes and had to abandon our drinks to maintain our schedule. I monitored the app. Drinks were not ready until after an hour. Two simple, off-the-menu, no special requests drinks. By the time I got notification, we were 42 miles down the freeway. I shall visit their competition across the street next time.

I have stopped here before well having a vacation and this location has always been great. They have a lot of Starbucks merchandise. I have been able to find things here that I cannot find in Minneapolis. They have a great selection of drinks and food. The staff is always very kind and friendly. They are very fast and efficient, and the drinks are well blended. When I come inside the storage, there’s always clean and tidy. Thanks for the great service.
