The food and service have always been great for me. The inside and outside are a bit wonky. The back lot has NO handicap accessible entry and all the entry doors are manual. Inside has a ramp going up to the food prep area, but steps going down to the seating area. The store is kept clean.

Placed an order at 5:50pm using the subway app, the app told me that my order was confirmed and would be ready by 6:15pm. At 6:15 I checked the app, it stated my order was ready, but when I went inside, it was most definitely was not. There was only one worker working and when he did finally do an online order it was an order that was listed to be ready by 6:25pm, so after mine was supposed to be ready. I had to ask the gentleman for an update on mine, to which he hadn't even started and had to reprint my order form. When I finally recieved my food, one wasn't even toasted and the other was missing items

I ordered online I don't know if cuz I didn't leave a tip that's why but my sub was covered in mustard on the sloppy and I said toasted it was not toasted because my cheese wasn't even melted on both subs they were sloppy I've never had a problem before but today I had an issue so I will not be ordering takeout again online I wish I would have taken a picture cuz I gave it to my neighbor

This place gave my brother and friend food poisoning but the food was good
Turkey cost less than bacon. For years I have been getting a chicken bacon ranch with turkey instead of bacon. Because the turkey is less costly it's just been the price of a chicken bacon ranch. Now if you want to substitute turkey on a chicken bacon ranch it cost almost $2 more here. And if I go without cheese I still have to pay the same price but if I want to get mozzarella cheese it's almost $2 more. In my personal opinion George was a much better owner of this establishment. Looks like next time I make the hour-long drive to Alex and want a sub I will be stopping at Jimmy John's. The employees were absolutely wonderful, but the policies are greedy AF.
