No one in line except me, not ahead or behind. Waited for a solid ten minutes in the drive through without a single acknowledgement! Got our sandwiches and they appeared to have been steam rolled. Absolute mush. The recent reviews from the past year are quite accurate. This place is an embarrassment and should be avoided.

Just placed a mobile order and when we got home none of the sandwiches were made right. I called right away and they apologized and remade them but when my sister went in to have them remade they were incredibly rude and disrespectful, snapping at her and calling her stupid. My sister actually said “good thing you watch them make it so they can’t spit in your food”. Not at all happy with the service at this Subway. At this point the amount of times we’ve been treated terribly I’m amazed they’re still open. I’d ask for a refund but they think they’re better than that.

I've been waiting in the drive-through for over 10 minutes and no one has come to the window to help. I called to see what the problem was and the kid who answered said that he was the only one working. This is ridiculously poor service. Unfortunately, I'll never come back to this location again. Update, I waited to submit the review. It's now been 15 minutes…. There isn't anyone in front of me. Still no one has even acknowledged that I'm here. The franchise owners should be ashamed of themselves.

I have gone to this subway 3 times in the past two months, each time hoping the service would be better and being disappointing each time. All 3 times have been between 5:30-7pm and with nobody inside sitting or ordering. I go through the drivethru, do the ordering myself on the touch screen and pull up. Two times nobody was in front of me and I waited 17 mins for my one sandwich and another time waiting 23 minutes! My sandwiches were also made incorrectly. ?? well Today I went with my husband and again trying to give them another shot and we waited for about 14 mins, again nobody else there (I wonder why…) and left with our two sandwiches. Opened them in the parking lots and BOTH our sandwiches were made incorrectly…. I am extremely disappointed and will try a different location from now on.

I have to say I've had the absolute pleasure of working for this specific store. I'm a college student pursuing a human services AAS degree and of course, I needed a job! The employment process was quick and simple, and the interviewer -- Reagan! -- was very interactive. The environment was overall productive, except for my last month it became a little hostile, especially on nights. My experience, customer service, and overall performance working here earned me a spot as a shift leader for Subway South -- where Wal-Mart is just around the corner. I appreciate the overall experience I've had here, so this store has a special place in ny heart.

I ordered a salad with rotisserie chicken and should’ve been charged $6.79. Instead I was charged $10.50. I asked to have cucumber and they gave me two slices. I asked for black olives and they gave me five. when I realize they overcharged me, I went up and spoke with them. The kid behind the counter shrugged and said I don’t know what prices are you can talk to someone else. The people in the back that were working or too busy standing around talking about their friends because I could hear them, but they wouldn’t come out. I am so disgusted and disappointed. I find it hard to except the fact that many young people today have no concept of being in a service industry or working with a customer or the equipment, and the tools and the knowledge to do a job with integrity. Granted it’s only making sandwiches at subway but remember they make $15-$17 an hour to do it. Subway shame on you.

Excellent customer service! I messed up my online order, called them and they couldn’t find my order. They took down my number and called me at the time they said they would.When I arrived, they didn’t have my sandwiches made yet but they were very apologetic about it. I recommend the Nokomis location to everyone!!!
