While it wasnt too busy, I've never seen a subway that was as skimpy on toppings. The signs under new management, but they should reconsider some of their policies.
We got 4 overpriced sandwiches, that were half what they used to be for toppings. Also, not sure how they can overtoast the sandwich to the point its almost inedible on the edges, yet somehow the meat is cold and the cheese is unmelted. I think it defies physics, but Im not sure.
Id avoid this location at any cost.

They need to loose the scale. I ordered a footing and there's only enough meat for 8inches of the sandwich. This is just ridiculous. Otherwise the dinning area is nice.

We came in after a volleyball game at 8:30 with 12 people and the workers were rude immediately. They do not close until 10pm. They told me that I needed to call ahead because they weren’t ready. They had an hour and a half before they closed. 12 people is similar to 2 families with 4 kids coming in. They wouldn’t make those comments to families. Overall not impressed.

So to preface I understand my gluten intolerance is my own problem but I like to enjoy the simple pleasures in life like having the ability to go get a meal like everyone else. However to the associates working today they made it feel like changing gloves and not cross contamination my bowl was the worst thing I couldve asked for today. They weren't particularly busy when I walked in. Though even if they are busy I feel I still shouldn't be treated that way. I've gone to a few different subways and this is was just bad service. Also their veggies are not fresh and the veggies are a mess tons of things in areas they dont belong etc . Ive been in food service and its chaotic so I understand getting flustered but gluten doesn't just give me a stomach ache it makes me nauseated , my heart rate increaes and in certain cases I get brain fog so bad I feel like I cannot remember anything. I'm not asking for perfection just asking for the associates to communicate so I can eat my overpriced protein / salad in peace.

I wish i spell correct his name Gabe, this guy is amazing, i m a truck driver made an online order, and wanted to make sure order ready i called some lady answered it i know she could be bussy but she confirmed its ready and when i arrived food doesnt, but i figured out that if you making inline order and giving late pick up system jot sending it to the store to avoid prepare earlier than its time you decided because order needs to be make it fresh, so it wasnt store or lady picked phone fault, maybe mine but i also wasnt know this proccess, but how some Gabe this guy is the man helped me out and made all order ready in 6 minutes maybe less, and my order was a lot, this gentlemen needs to be manager in some other subway or any other restaurant, thanks again Gabe and all other crew, god bless you guys and almost forgot, thnx for the cookies he gave me 4-5 of them for free for honoring customer, this is the way how you solve problems at work, i might like subway more because of this gentlemen represented his job bery welll 🙏🏻🤝🏼👍🏻🤙🏻

We eat Subway quite regularly at various locations throughout the state but this location in particular did a fantastic job with our sandwiches when we stopped by today. Very quick and friendly service. Would recommend this Alexandria location over the others.

We came in close to closing and felt bad about it, but they were very polite and made our 3 sandwiches very fast and neatly. The only downside was the bread was a little hard but we understand we came in at 9:40pm and they close at 10pm so we knew that was on us. I would definitely go back to this Subway when in this neck of the woods again.

The staff yesterday morning Sunday, August 10th made me feel uncomfortable for eating there. The young man was more pleasant than the other two but in all it was like I have to beg for more of every vegetable one at a time. Like, 4 pickles, 6 measly slices of onions, 4 tiny tomatoes (which were all very under ripe, she was grabbing to white ones when there were red available ib the tray.) was all the brown hair girl would put on the sandwich. If I didn’t want know how much fixings were on the sandwich, I would go to Jimmy John’s.
The sign said “new management” so I hope that’s still incoming because whoever hired the two females that served clearly wants this location to fail. This was so bad I’m still upset I paid for nearly 24 hours later.
No smiles, no “thank you” no emotion… just raw unhappiness. Yuk!!

There was a huge line when we arrived, but they were staffed up to get through it reasonably fast. They did a great job and the food was just as expected.

Honestly, I don't know what I deserved to get the WORST experience online ordering! I asked for extra lettuce and pickles. I got a measly spread of lettuce and NO pickles. They doused my sandwich in mayo. Sandwich came with Parmesan Vinaigrette and I didnt get any dressing. All my requests are on my receipt. You pay money and a tip and get crappy service. Please read the negative reviews! It's ABSOLUTELY true!

I had a phenomenal experience here! Came in during a rush and the girl (Victoria) to took my order was kind and sweet, she made sure my order was correct every step of the way. She was patient and efficient even while helping another worker
