Asked for Normal mayo but I think they put an entire gallon on my sub, no meat in the last 4 inches of the footlong sub, and then top it off the bread was so hard I could use it as a bat!

There was an employee (black lipstick and piercings) that was smacking her gum and blowing bubbles while trying to resolve an issue with a customer. First nobody who is working with food should have gum in their mouth. Second she did not care about the customer, blowing bubbles in their face is very disrespectful. She needs to be fired immediately. Very unprofessional and unsanitary. I couldn’t even eat my sandwich knowing she was behind the counter smacking gum.

Malachi was very rude and also very unsanitary. He was putting drink nozzles on the machine without any gloves and after I asked him to do so bc that is gross he simply said you don’t like it you can leave. How rude and disrespectful

Our Family
We always choose this location over the other 5 Subways in town because of the management. Every single time I have placed an order it is fresh and ready the moment I arrive. They have never made a mistake on any of my complicated orders and always seem to be cheerful and go above and beyond. I have been to the other Subways in town and it is not the same. Last night I was into this location and the gentleman manager was cheering on his staff and helping the new people learn how to read the tickets to make everyones orders. There is something unique and special about this location and it is the management. It shows in the way the employees act, the way the food comes out and the smiles you see when you are there. Hats off to this manager. They need to give him a raise and help him train the other local store managers on how to be more like him and run a great ship. We will keep frequenting this location :)
