There’s always something missing or incorrect. They charge you for extra meat then give you 4 pieces of chicken in your meal. Forget your sauces, and don’t order a chalupa, they give you a flatbread instead.

This is a large drink. Was only half full. I haven’t even taken a drink out of it yet. Plus all of the orange syrup was just in a layer at the bottom of the cup. Had to mix it in myself. If I wanted a regular size freeze I would have asked for a regular size. This is ridiculous. It’s the second time it has happened.

I was in this town for work and ate at this Taco Bell 4 times in 1 week. Very consistent, my order was never messed up. The beefy 5 layer burrito was very good everytime, even distribution of ingredients inside. Good customer service I have 0 complaints.

I ordered a black bean chalupa and a bean burrito with no dairy products on it and added potatoes to the burrito and the cashier called back to let them know it was mo dairy, which I appreciated, and they didnt intentionally put cheese on it but there was cheese all mixed up in the lettuce. I deal with cheese in tue lettuce at a lot of taco bells so thats why I always order a bean burrito too. I couldn't eat the bean burrito either because I dont eat meat and half of the potatoes were actually chicken chunks.

The midnight crew on Friday night was phenomenal. They took our super complicated order and had it ready by the time we drove up the pay window. We thought it must be someone else's order, but we checked and everything was right.
