Went to get a 6 pack and a pound and kids meal with my family and one of our soft shell tacos was replaced with a bean burrito. Made me rather sad.

Everyone has been super nice each time I've been here in the last three days. Cooks and cashiers are always laughing and having a great day! Food was prepared very fast, it was hot, the portions were generous, food very tasty, tables tidy, and restrooms clean. I got way more value than I was expecting for the price! Taco Bell, Qdoba, McD, and DQ have no game compared to TJ. This is the Culver's of Taco joints, but honestly this TJ's is better. I'll be coming back here! Thanks, guys!

Taco John's has incorporated AI with their drive-thru service. Lots of bugs to work through apparently as the AI bot took my order and gave me my total amount owed at the window but when I got to the window they claimed AI didn't get my order. So it's a work in progress. Still great tacos and Ole's

The ai order taking is a joke and can not get an order right. Need to go back to taking orders in person. Long wait time for cold food, had to correct order. Oles were soggy and cold.

This drive-thru used some awful AI ordering system. It took longer than a human would have and then messed up the order. The actual staff we talked to fixed it all, but using this system instead of ordering from a person was super annoying. Having to fix the mistake at the window means we didn't save any time or effort, so we just had a worse time for no reason.

Waiting for just 2 snack wraps, that I ordered for in store pickup. It's been 20 minutes since I placed the order and at least 15 since I acknowledged I'm here. You have 5 crew members working. I just fail to understand how hard this is.
