Would give negative rating if possible. 15 minutes waiting in drive through. No food. Couldn't figure out a plain double cheeseburger meal. Went inside asked for refund. Took the rest the money on my card until payday. 2-3 business days for refund. Doesn't help me with lunch today within a lunch break! Paid 11.91 for a coke with light ice. Thanks!

The kid at the drive through was cold as a DQ Blizzard. We greeted him with asking how he was and he just stared at us like it was his first day on the planet. Weirdo.

Only give one sauce with a chicken basket. Extra $1 to get another. DQ is generally nice about giving an extra without charge. Not all that friendly. Bummer. No charge to add extra gravy or ranch in the app.

I watched a young man ask for a large water cup as he had forgotten his water bottle. The worker told him they only use the small cups for water, he asked nicely and she gave him a large cup. Immediately a lady who might have been the manager yelled at her and insisted the man could not have a large cup for water. She made a comment about the cup itself being more expensive than the soda. Have in mind this guy had just purchased a meal, all he wanted was a cup of water as he had been working down the road on some construction projects. Ive never seen someone not allow a “large” cup for water. Ridiculous, just very rude and it’s crazy he couldn’t have a cup for water…

We were staying nearby and wanted a treat, so we hit the drive through for a couple of Blizzards. The young woman at the window couldn't have been any kinder or more friendly, and we had a little chat about my nails while they were preparing our order - she was lovely! And the actual Blizzards were fantastic! You'd think they're the same at every DQ, but not so! These had a perfect amount of mix-ins and even a wee garnish on top! Well-blended, not soupy...they really were great. Worth a drive to stop. Thanks for adding to our awesome vacation!

While I was in town I took my great-grandchildren for ice cream we sat inside, it was very clean and the staff was pleasant, whoever was there in management kept them going and filling and scrubbing floors it looked great....

We stopped in for a couple of blizzards and a burger to celebrate a great afternoon at a track meet. It was super busy, but the manager still tool the time to chat with us and make sure everything we order was correct. It was a great experience.

I've traveled 20 minutes twice now just to see that the business is closed prior to 7pm. Hours need to be changed so people know when this place is open and not. Google says 8pm. I love this place otherwise, but please update your hours so we know when you're open during the winter.
Thoroughly impressed with our entire visit. Greeted right away, food brought directly to our table, and they offered to let us keep our ice cream cake in the freezer until we were ready to leave. The food was fantastic! Not to mention the team was dealing with an uncomfortable customer situation while we were there. Great job Annandale Dairy Queen!

I made a quick stop through the drive thru for a blizzard and was shocked by the politeness of the employee working the window. She was extremely kind and called me “ma’am” multiple times. The blizzard was thoroughly blended and a generous size.
