Met a friend for dinner. Had chicken salad and cowboy kickers, and I couldn’t stop raving about how good it was!

We used to love coming to your bar, but unfortunately, our whole friend group now chooses to go elsewhere because of one particular staff member, Liz. We've consistently had negative experiences with her—she often seems disengaged, barely checking in, or conversely, hovers in a way that feels intrusive. The inconsistency and lack of attentiveness have become frustrating. We genuinely believe her presence is costing you loyal customers.

The food was good as it usually is BUT we ordered for pick up at 6pm. At 620 the bartender said it would be 20 more minutes. At 640 she told me there was no GF buns and was no bun ok. I said yes… at 705 the food was finally done. Aside from no GF bun that I paid extra for my burger was missing lettuce pickles tomatoes and mayo that I had also paid extra for. Nothing was offered to me for sitting in the bar for 40 minutes awaiting. In the past any time I’ve had to wait I have always been offered a beverage while I’m waiting. Very disappointing experience.
The staff was great, with a good sense of humor. My glass was always full and the food was delicious. You can't ask for much more

We've only been to this restaurant a handful of times every time was great except for today I ordered eggs over medium and three different times they were cooked over hard today they are so cooked it was like eating a hard-boiled egg I couldn't eat them sorry about that I usually tip 25% or better she only got 10% because the service wasn't that great I wouldn't have had her cook anymore but just to say sorry about that we need the other waitress back I believe her name is Liz we are also there just about an hour before we got our food unfortunately today they dropped the ball

Unfortunately I cannot tell you how the food is. We arrived at about 7:00pm and left at 8:55pm, our entire time there was spent waiting for service. We got drinks within a reasonable time of getting there. Didn’t order food until 7:40, as we were waiting multiple tables to that came in after us got served food and drinks and got visits from waiters and waitresses. At about 8:45 we had to go to the bar to ask for our bill because we had not received any information about food or any service from our waitress. We received no apology, we were told they were extremely short staffed and that there was nothing she could do. When we paid our bill and left we walked out to our car and two waitresses including our own were leaning on the railing outside smoking and on their phones. I do not recommend coming here at all.EDIT: since I cannot respond directly to the owners response, my mistake of this entire interaction was that after receiving NO apology for having sat at the restaurant for 2 hours waiting for food or even the slightest acknowledgement of our order, my facts were off in that I said they were smoking when they weren’t. I offer my sincerest apologies for that error. Regardless of that, we were there for 2 hours… in that 2 hour period tables that came in after us were served food and finishing food.. they knew we were there considering we had gotten drinks and an appetizer long after ordering it. It doesn’t take more than common sense to know that even when you’re short staffed both of your staff that are working shouldn’t be on breaks at the same time even if they’re short breaks. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for defending your employees, and I understand being in an incredibly short staffed environment, but what happened to us was just not okay and to not even get an apology from the waitress who we expressed the issue to is insane. I get being short staffed is stressful and hard, but there is still a level of etiquette that should be a baseline for service. I’ve worked as a waitress before, and being short staffed doesn’t give you the right to treat customers poorly for a mistake on the establishments side.
