Male employee lucas winter was an absolute stud of an worker when we went to McDonald’s. He was friendly and loved to chat made the food exactly how i ordered it and made the experience the best i had ever had. 10/10 McDonald’s would choose this over Culver’s any day

PSA- Annandale McDonald's: Tonight a friend of mine had done an online order and unfortunately her window wouldn't go down to pickup from the window. She parked next to the building to run in and grab her order. She explained to the male working about her window and he said, no problem, I'll get your order started. Then a female worker approached her about her vehicle being parked there and told her they aren't domino's and she can't park there. She explained to the female worker as well why she was parked there and that once her order was filled, she would be leaving. The female worker insisted she move the car and my friend said her children were in the vehicle and she wanted them within sight or her while being inside quickly. At no point did the female worker ask her politely to move it, instead had attitude from the start. When my friend explained she wasn't moving, the female worker turned to the male worker and said she just yelled at me don't fill her order, I don't care. The male worker then approached her and said they would refund her money and she told him she just wants her food for her child and he then told her they can refuse service to anyone. He gave her a cash refund and she left.

The food is great! The new strips with the buffalo sauce is pretty good here. I didn’t catch the name of the young woman working the drive thru window tonight but she has some fantastic customer service skills, very nice and helpful!

25 minutes in the drive-thru just to order...then the lady told me to move to spot 1 after I arrived at the window. Obviously trying to make it look like they hit times on orders. Then I had to wait another 10 for my food. Super slow service, one of the worst MCDONALD'S.
