Love this place but tip-flation is real. The payment system adds the tax to the subtotal--the subtotal and total are the same. Then they make the minimum tip they show 15%. Sorry, you tip on the subtotal and not the tax ..and for counter service it's customary to tip 10%. I am getting tired of establishments trying to push the tip up.
Edit after review: well, your POS system CLEARLY shows a $1.03 in tax. If that is something else it shouldn't be listed as tax...and your employees should be able to explain it. They we as surprised as I was.
