They were organized, efficient, and genuinely kind, which made a huge difference on such a busy day. We felt completely taken care of and confident that everything was in great hands. Chef Craig, hands down, was the best choice for our wedding caterer. We were invited to a group tasting since they were a preferred vendor for our venue. We really loved everything they served us, which made it easy to choose them. However, we had requested a meal that wasn't on their catering menu and, boy, they delivered! We got so many compliments on the food. Communicating through e-mail was tricky at times, but we understand that they are quite busy during summer/fall wedding season. Overall, nothing went wrong and the staff was incredible. Thank you!
