Host order ID:kvkwnmwlltds5569 date and time 07/20/2025 18:43:51i dont know the name of the kid wrapping my sub but he squezed it like it owed him money wraping so tight that when i got home and opened it the paper wraping was split half way down one side and sandwich was plat as a pancake like this kid must of had like 2 hours of training i have worked for subway and he should of never been put on the line if he cant even wrap a sandwich right do better managment

The sandwiches were all to be toasted yet they were all cold (we love 5 miles from Subway). The churros were not even edible as they tasted like some type of chemical and left a horrible taste. I understand that the time it will be ready is an estimate, to wait for over 1/2 an hour is ridiculous. This ain’t the 1st time I have had issues with this Subway. I called the last time because we weren’t given our fountain sodas, and the subs weren’t what we ordered. A manager was suppose to call me back but didn’t, the worker I talked to said she would leave a note and the manager would get back to me. I didn’t follow up. So we decided to give it a try again. But I won’t be purchasing subs anymore because I spent $87 I would expect would expect my order to be correct…subs all toasted, proper toppings.
