Great food. Went in on a Monday night at 7pm was greeted with “we close in an hour do you want food”. I said the sign says 9pm close . She told me “well not tonight we are closing at 8”. I ordered food ate it, had a beer and at about 745 pm I asked for another beer but she said no we are closing early here is your check . It was not dead in there the servers were trying to get people to leave . I was not the only one in there . Probably 15-20 people total. Like I said food was good . Servers attitude was terrible.

Late lunch had walleye bites with sweet potato planks and a French dip with fries. Could not have done better. Good portions. Walleye was lightly coated and deep fried to perfection Owner was sweet to talk to. When we're back in the area this is where we will eat again.

Nice place. I used to come here years ago when it was smaller and called "Rosalie's". Now it's much bigger, but the food is still good. My grandson had the poutine and thought it was great, and the portion size was perfect. I had the OG Mac and Cheese, and it was very good. Sauce wasn't watery like you get in some places. It was tasty. Portion was too much for me, but my grandson probably could've eaten it all. I'd get it again

Went up to lake of the woods a couple weeks ago with my son. All we wanted was to find a place to get a decent burger for lunch, came into 218tavern after a couple locals directed us. GREAT burgers, excellent seasoned fries. Exceptional bar staff… Will see y’all again round lunchtime first Saturday in October ‘25… Stopped by Home Depot on the way home, ha

I used to come here long ago when it was Rosalies. Still very good though I wish they still had the hamburger steak. Candace, as she always has, provided very good service and it was nice to see her after 14 or 15 years.
Paying for the food was the biggest problem. Poor waitress was working her butt off but couldn't keep up.

We had a wonderful lunch with not one thing we wouldn’t reorder. Started off with the fun wonton wrapped pickles with havarti cheese and the garlic cheese curds; both were delicious. Walleye bites were tender with just the right amount of crispness - accompanied by a tangy tartar sauce and a huge pile of fries. The BELT sandwich was perfection and along with a side of the Mac n cheese I left stuffed. Onion rings were crispy and tasty. Others in group had chicken Philly, a steak Philly and the Ring of Fire burger - loved by all. Great atmosphere, clean restaurant and attentive service. Highly recommend.
