They need to really stop making you park when you’re in the drive thru

Went to drive thru with one vehicle in front of us. Took longer than expected/usual but so far, fine. When we pulled up to order via speaker, ordered first meal, and worker gives total like we are done. We say we want to order second meal when we notice there is a meal there that we didnt order and we say so. Employee states yes, because you ordered it. We stated we didn't not and it must've been the car in front of us. He removes it. We order the second sandwich with pickles. Again, gives total like he's rushing to complete our order. We pull up and wait some more. When we get to the window, we pay and the guy hands us 2 drinks and says he's waiting on the third. We said we didn't order a third. He says well you already got charged for it so you might as well take it. (Excuse me?) He comes back again and says you ordered it with your (whatever sandwich) right? We said no, we did not order that. He closes the door, comes back and gives us our bag. No receipt. We pull up to check our order and we were missing a med fry and no pickles. So we had to walk in, where someone looked at us and huffed. I said what we ordered and what we were missing. She grabbed the fry and gave it to us and turned back around. No apologies, nothing. We also then noticed the pickup that ordered on front of us circled around again - likely also got a wrong order given to him since they tried to give us his! Do NOT bother stopping here, there's enough frustration in the world.

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been in I don't generally do reviews on McDonald's as they have generally all been what you expect from McDys a good coke good fries and everything else is OK. But this one needs to be looked at by McDonald's as one they should pull there name from. First the good the ladies who are generally the ones taking your order are friendly and seem to care about what there doing. Now the bad not once in the 5 plus years that me and my companions have stopped here on the way back from our Canadian fishing trips has the food been good and our group has been between 6 and 12 people during that time and we all order different things in general and all have the same complaint the orders are either overdone with mcmuffins or biscuits being hard and dry or underdone and the same goes for all the parts of those orders from hashbrowns to what's between the mcmuffins and biscuits. Your drink cups are regularly forgotten to be given so you have to ask for them and when you go to get your drink filled up the floor around the drink dispenser is always wet and slick. Lastly the bathroom is always a mess. Now you might ask why we keep going here I guess the answer to that is were all optimistic that maybe this year it will be better but this year was the last we decided as a group we will wait until we get to International Falls. They really need to fix this place or close it down.

They just can't get the order right. More than half are unfriendly, I mean how much effort does it take to smile and say thank you for stopping? Or find someone who can speak English well enough so you can understand them and them you.

Called ahead by 2 hours on my trip to make sure I did not have to wait. When I arrived they had just started cooking the burger. Next time I'll call 3 hours ahead.

If there was an option to select zero stars I would have chosen that. I was here in June and Christmas came and pasted while waiting in the drive through. French fry’s were ICE COLD and not even filled all the way! They managed to get my “customer” order correct, however the patty tasted really old. 2/10 for good quality. Highly recommend stopping by and seeing for yourself! You WILL be disappointed. Think I saw Ronald McDonald himself use the bathroom and not wash his hands before returning to work

We arrived on a road trip at 6:20am to a McDonald's staffed with only one person. We ordered on the app and she saw us walking to the door - she unlocked it and explained that she was alone, but not busy, so come in. She was so pleasant and was happy to accommodate add-ons to our order. After I asked, she said her co-worker was having personal problems because he wife had died recently, so she was ok with him calling off. She handled everything in stride - food and beverages perfect and quick. With a great attitude. Best McDonald's experience in a long time.
