Completely got the order wrong. Lack of cleanliness throughout the entire store. The person taking our order was the MANAGER and he couldn't figure out to work the register. It's just really unfortunate and disappointing.

While it's nice to HAVE a drive-thru in my small town (McDonald's is the only one), the waiting time is not like large city McDonald's you've been to. I don't think they have any "ready" food, it's made when you order, so expect to wait. Using the app is well worth it.
